Cheap quality & RUST JUST SEEMS TO LOVE EVERY PIECE THAT COME IN THE BOX BESIDES THE HOSE(the hose connector will rust also) Easy to install the good water pressure and flow but uses a lot of water

This is NOT necessarily a review of the shower head, more a SHOT OUT to the company selling it..JAFETON! I bought it in August 2025 and loved it, but approximately 3 three weeks ago the diverter failed and broke at the junction with the water source. I tried to fix it, but no go. I knew I was long passed the Amazon return date. So, I contacted Jafeton by email. They had me send pics and what exactly happened. I did that and then didn't hear from them for a week. Then, I got an email apologizing for taking so long responding. They said they don't have a parts unit , but offered to refund part of the purchase price and I could then buy a new diverter. They even sent a link for what they suggest to buy. So, why the long story? Because so many problems like this can be easily settled with an little understanding. KUDOS to JAFETON, I thank you for doing business the RIGHT way. BTW, it's fixed and doing great. I will remember them when I'm looking for such items.

Extremely low quality showerhead and terrible customer survice! We purchased this showerhead around a year ago and while it wasnt perfect "waterfall", it got the job done and we kept it. Couple days back , we noticed two big side leaks where the showerhead lower and upper plates just detached from each other. Big mess in the bathroom and water hitting the walls and ceiling. I tried to stay positive and reach out to vendor hoping they can fix it, but instead they tried to play "out of warranty" card by saying that this showerhead has only 12 months of guarantee while it clearly says 18months in the receipt. Overall, terrible experience all around. Avoid and look for alternatives Update as of Oct 2025: They acknowledged their mistake and sent a new showerhead

El cabezal se siente de buena calidad, ha funcionado sin problemas y la instalación si se hace con calma y siguiendo las instrucciones no va a representar ningún problema. Usé la cinta que trae incluida para las uniones y no presenta ni una sola fuga en las mismas… para tener muy en cuenta: este cabezal solo se puede adaptar a un tubo que esté instalado con antelación o se deberá conseguir uno o en su defecto un adaptador, dado que viene con una rosca para acoplar. La sensación al ducharse es muy calmante y el cabezal removible o tele ducha tiene varios modos de chorro que funcionan muy bien, incluyendo uno de alta presión. En términos generales es un muy buen producto, espero que trabaje sin problemas en el futuro

Absolutely love it!! I've always wanted a shower head like this! My husband and I have been going to stores looking for the right shower head without breaking the bank, they are so expensive and it's ridiculous. He kinda gave up looking. I hopped on Amazon and found this shower head and I just had to buy it for my husband for Christmas. I read several reviews and this one sounded the best to me, and it didn't break my bank. When my husband opened it, he was so happy! He said "looks like I'm gonna be busy tonight". He's very impressed as well!
