Replacement 12.5” Neodymium Woofer Speaker for Mackie SRM-450, V1 Or V2, C300

The speaker was packed well. I felt the company was proud of their product. The look and build quality was well made, clean. That's all I knew. Never heard or seen any reviews of this speaker. So I was anxious to hear it. I installed this Lase woofer into my Mackie SRM450 V1 speaker. I also replace the old amp module with the Lase module. Playing some music like R&B, the woofer's bass response was punchy sounding, not bad overall even playing slow mellow songs. Bass is unlike a JBL, but tighter bass response. It was accurate sounding and not exaggerated bass. Turning the volume up resulted in clear undistorted bass. I'm very impressed with the sound quality. It has good low end. I want to test two other 12 inch woofers made by Eminence and Celestion. I find however nothing wrong with this Lase speaker. I'm partial to speakers made in USA. I find this woofer a good buy. Don't know how long it will last, I think a long time. Oh the amp module ran hot. Not sure if TD amps run hot.
