There's only so much Tulsi Tea a person can drink. These capsules make it easy to get the calming, stabilizing effect I get from Tulsi. I don't know if that's the effect others get, but it helps my hubby's stress levels too.

You have to take this a while like any herb to feel the benefits. I have no complaints. It arrived on time and was safely packaged for shipping.

Oddly, after only a couple of weeks, I do think I am getting great results in the booty muscle building department too...it's a weird but totally welcome side effect, lol. Update-On my second bottle now, still gaining muscle slowly. I am now adding some micronized creatine and BCAA to my protein shakes to see if I can super charge this.

I tried this brand after a higher priced product with good ratings didn't work at all. I found this one to help better for stress and histamine problems, I hoped for help with insomnia, but it didn't help that. I just noticed that I couldn't find a manufacturer date on it anywhere after throughly checking everywhere so I have no idea how old the product is or when it expires. It's very questionable to me. I don't know why a company would do that.
