Buyer beware. “New” boots Scuffed and scratched
BUYER BEWARE!! I cannot speak to the fit or integrity of these boots. I’ve had many pairs of timberlands and they are a great work boot in general BUT I am upset that I bought what were supposed to be “new” boots that came out of the box with scratches and scuffs. If they are worn and look worn, they should be described as used. Or in the very least, refurbished by manufacturer for resale. Especially during Christmas time, when they are bought with the means to be gifted. Hard working men will wear these boots for years and run them into the ground, they deserve to have nice boots fresh out of the box, if only for a day. Just warning this could be the case for others! Unacceptable and unhappy.
