Five stars for now!
Alright, here it goes! This bag has my hopes up!! I don’t use it for tools, I travel for work and need it for my professional gear. While there are tons of pockets - I don’t need all of them and some of the internal ones I would put in different spots but whatever I can work with it.Zippers - seem to be good quality but because of the internal frame they do tend to hang up a tad - waiting to break them in.The bag stands on its own! There is a trolley sleeve in the back. The laptop pocket fits my 17” ASUS Laptop - it’s a tight fit but it gets in there!I would have added a few more pieces of flare to the outside - rings, loops, a few MOLLE loops - there is no way to attach anything to the outside of the bag. There are two D rings on the strap. The handle is the one blatant design flaw BUT it can be fixed. The plastic part clicks together but if you don’t pull evenly up it comes apart. I figured out you can unscrew it (and not use it) and flip it the other way so when you pull up on the handle, it won’t separate.Really looking forward to using this bag.

Great backpack but it’s pretty heavy
I love all of the pockets inside this backpack. There’s a place for pens, phones, tablets, wallet, medicine bottle in the main compartment. There are 2 zipper closure side pockets that have plenty of room for phones, keys, a small umbrella, maybe a water bottle. There are 2 front pockets that are very spacious. There is there second large zipper section that will fit multiple laptops or tablets. There are places on the front of your shoulder straps to attach stuff to. The straps are well padded. There is also a strap on the back that allows you to place it on your suitcase. One thing that I do not like is that the 2 side pockets only have one zipper that closes from side to side. If you want to put an umbrella in the side pocket it does not work since one side of the pocket is completely openMy only complaint is that this backpack is significantly heavier than any backpack I’ve had. I feel that when I have it in for extended periods that will be an issue.

Great bag for field programmers
Great backpack! My job entails that I travel to customer locations and I already have a separate tool box. This bag is used for my programming laptop and to organize all of the programming cables, Ethernet cables, laptop and phone chargers, etc... In the past, I have just tossed all if my stuff into the bottom if my backpack then dug every time I needed something. Now everything is very organized and I am no longer digging. The laptop sleeves JUST barely fits my 17" Dell laptop, BUT it doea fit. Additionally, there are two more sleeve like pockets in the back that I can use to organize any job specific documents (prints/schematics, manuals, etc...) from my notebook. The front pouches appear small from the outside, however they both hold a TON of stuff as well. The bottom is holding my assortment of pens, USB sticks, business cards, etc.... The top is holding smaller programming cable adapters, card readers, etc... And can hold a snack for long days at the plant. The two side pouches are large enough that one can hold my water bottle (750mL) and the other can hold my empty coffee travel mug. There are a few things that would are this bag the perfect bag for me:- the smaller tool slots I wish were bigger. However, I cannot fault the bag or manufacturer in this as it was designed to hold tools, not programming cables.- I wish there was a chest strap so once I had the bag Iver both shoulders I could connect across my chest. Especially handy in airports or when wearing this backpack while doing other activities.I've only had the bag for a little over a week, so hard to tell how it will hold up. But, at this time I'm sold.

Ok bag, painful to use.
Fits a good amount of tools inside. Construction seems good. Kills my back every time I use it.

Well thought out backpack for an IT pro
Everything seems over built without an astronomical price. Which you don't see often enough now days.Zippers are heavy duty with over large, metal, pulls. The 4 zippered outside pockets make the 90/10 rule: Get to 10% of the stuff you are needing 90% of the time very accessible.Internal storage pockets make it organization a cinch: Flashlight, pens/markers, screw and nut drivers, USB to Ethernet adapters, USB thumb drives, Multiple SPF+ adapters, 16 port switch, cordless screwdriver, Ethernet Patch cables of various lengths, CAT5 patch and panel termination tools, Label maker, USB Battery and AC Chargers, Misc USB and Console cables. Then the separate compartment with a laptop sleeve and another sleeve that fits my tablet.

May look durable, but should straps hardly have padding compared to others.
It might have held up if I had decided to keep it, but the shoulder pads were just crap! Hardly any padding. I do believe there is room for improvement on this product to include a hard bottom to stabilize the bag as well. Do yourself a favor and go for the Milwaukee hard bottom bag with separate laptop sleeve. I found a deal at home depot for $65 and I am very satisfied with it over this product.

Plenty of space for tools and holds a 15” laptop without a problem.
Purchased this to replace a CLC bag. The built isn’t as good but it’a half the price. I need a tool bag that I can carry my laptop in and this worked perfectly. Feels much better balanced than the CLC and even though it has less than half the pockets I was able to fit all my tools without issue.
