Good Quality LED Tv, value foe money

This TV is okay. But till now, Im unable to get the AI function of this TV. Where is AI? How to access AI functions? Kindly understand that there won't be any authorised demo person coming with your TV to give demonstration. Only installer (a jholer/Chapri type guy) comes to install. Phone number customer service doesn't work at all. I tried tried and gave up. On the remote there’s no MUTE button. This TV has 2 cards inside. As earlier all LED tv used to have only 1 card, including motherboard. The speaker quality is okay, but remember, if you increase volume beyond 50, then speaker will blow, so honestly I didn't like that all. But qLED so best picture quality. I will never buy this TV and will not recommend anyone to get it. NO MUTE BUTTON ON REMOTE. Keep in mind. Finally I got a WhatsApp message from JVC about after sale service. I asked for a remote with Mute button, but they refused and say that other remote is non compatible with this TV. I asked them, are you from JVC? Finally they suggested me to buy an universal remote for Rs 300 to Rs 1000 from 3rd party. Really upset. People plz chk the remote functions before buying any TV. Or you'll suffer like me.

Overall good picture quality. Panel quality is good, the red colour in the panel looks more darker. Initially I faced an issue regarding the speaker, the sound distorted a bit. But later after 5 days the issue fixed on it's own. System UI is clean and smooth. Operating system works well and smooth. Connectivity is also decent, bluetooth connection speed is also fast, TV provides perfect bluetooth connectivity within the room, and distortes a bit beyond the room which is normal. Size is perfect 43 inch One thing which I'm most impressed of is the installation. Initially included installation was not displayed on Amazon, but within 48 hours of delivery the JVC company executive contacted me and scheduled the free installation and demo. Overall satisfied with the JVC TV.

I am so glad to make a review of my new Television, JVC 43 inch AI Vision series QLED TV has, It was quite new brand for my family. I have ordered through Amazon and I've got the timely delivery and installation as well. The TV brand is outstanding in its picture quality and Brightness, audio 60 W Dolby ATMOS Remote control method everything correctly but Mute option is not there, smart function, design and all. Obviously it meets the value of the product, best in class 100% satisfied with the quality. Just go for it. I am loving it.

We bought a JVC TV from Amazon just 6 months ago, and it has already stopped working. As the TV is still under warranty, we contacted both Amazon and JVC for support, but we have received no response at all. It has now been more than two weeks since we raised the issue, with no updates, no guidance, and no attempt to resolve the problem. The lack of customer service is extremely frustrating and disappointing. When a product fails so quickly, you expect at least basic support — instead, we’ve been completely ignored. This experience has been very stressful, and we are unsure what to do next as no one seems willing to take responsibility. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others not to buy any TV through Amazon. If something goes wrong, you are unlikely to get any help. Poor quality product, poor after-sales service, and a complete waste of time and money. I will not be purchasing JVC products again, especially not via Amazon.
