Twice now I have been sent 4 bottles of cherry flavored syrup instead of eggnog. Please confirm you can send correct flavored items!

I tried to order sf coconut 4 pack and was sent 1 bottle..so they reshipped and it was 1 bottle again..someone can't read in the warehouse! They wouldn't replace again yet I never got the 4 I ordered..at least I'm supposedly getting a refund.
