Not worth the money
It is not worth the money you spent. It is worth buying an unbranded tab with that money.

This was purchased for a 12th birthday, for a child with lots of sensory issues and LOVES all things Vtech. There are few Vtech toys he hasn't owned at some point so it's always exciting to find something he doesn't have. The laptop took a bit of time to set up, and the screen was tiny, making it difficult to read a lot of what was required to be read for set up (only about 25% of the actual screen size is the light up screen - the rest is just solid blue block out). The file for photos and videos was confusing for him, because there is no capacity to take photos or videos on it & he wanted the function fixed... but it was redundant. Lots of the games to play on here are required to be purchased. For the price, you'd be much better off purchasing a small normal laptop and loading up some games.

My child loves her computer, it is good value for money. There is no touch screen on this computer. The screen could do with being a bit bigger.

I had purchased this laptop for my grandson as a birthday gift he was so excited when he opened his gift only to be so let down as the screen didn't work only the sound so with tears in his eyes he handed it back I returned and was issued a credit I then purchased another identical only to have the seller cancel it so I tried again and received the item again my grandson so very excited to finally have his gift only to be let down once again with the laptop this time having a shadow across the screen this time. I didn't have the heart to tell him he has to hand it back so he still has it plays with it with the shadow across it ..My advice any one who purchases this item do not give it to any child untill you have opened and made sure everything is in working order unless you want to see the look of disappointment in your child's eyes .....ITS JUST HEART BREAKING

My son liked the concept of this laptop. As we wanted something child-friendly, we decided to invest in this machine. Unfortunately, it is an overpriced joke. The screen is tiny, half the installed programs require internet access and/or expect you to pay even more for them and, not to put too fine a point upon it, it is an insult to my son's intelligence. It would have been better to buy a refurbished laptop instead . 20 years ago, this would have been top of the line. Now, it is a joke.

Perfect for my 5 year old daughter. Although she's left handed so the mouse being on the right frustrates her. Other than that, it's perfect for learning etc
