This unit does the job. The stimulation is strong. I Love all of the different modes and that I can do 2 places at the same time. I Love the back belt. I suffer with several chronic pain conditions and have had 3 major back surgeries. I live in pain all the time. I've only used this TENS 24 once but it really did relieve my pain. The slippers are on the small size because I have big feet. They still work fine though. I'm sure they made them average size. Battery power is great. I have been having a TENS unit for many years. This Neumedics TENS 24 takes it to another level. I highly recommend it. Oh, it also comes with a limited lifetime warranty.

Pulse settings and power are both very versatile so you get what you need where you want it. It takes about 20 minutes to go through all of the settings to figure out what you're trying to get but once you do it's easy to set up every time to get what you need and works very good. I've been able to use mine at almost max power for 6 hours without a recharge still going strong battery shows almost full still very happy with the product so far would definitely buy it again would definitely recommend to anyone. Price was right, only thing I would change is make it a touch screen the screen is already big enough just needs the adaptation of touch to make it 10 times faster

I'm only 32 but have extremely bad back problems from a bad injury working in body shops. My whole lower back has herniated disc's that are needing surgery. I have severe arthritis in my spine, and degenerative disc's disease. I've spent a lot of money for physical therapy, and other non narcotic pain management things like spas and massages, acupuncture. I refuse to take medicine for pain that isn't ibuprofen or tylenol no matter my pain. But this device for what it is, has probably helped my back than the dozens of 100s of dollars spent. I paid the price for this just for it to do what I was going to a chiropractor for. Granted it might be slightly different, but it does the same job really and haven't really gone to a doctor for them to use a chair for my back since getting this. Granted, this is not a cure for back pain, but it surely helps when I'm having a hard time moving and not spending 75-100$ on a doctor visit. The heating option is such a nice additive for the rollers. I tried one similar to this and it hurt my back more than ever, but this has a padded part you can flip up or down to decrease the pressure and give a little cushion, or lift up for more direct. This made my back feel better, not worse unlike another device similar to this.

Update. Seller refunded the item. They offered a replacement mat instead of the foot pad flip-flops, which I politely declined. I own a pad and really needed the flip-flops. They really tried to help, thank you. Would have given a higher rating if the flip-flops had other sizes available for purchase. The product does work okay. Although not as strong and my floor unit. The reason I got this one is for the foot pads so I don't have to keep my feet on the floor, as with my other unit. Three main issues I have run into so far. 1) The foot pads are very small. Good for children or people with small feet. I am a 12 6E, so these don't work well at all. 2) The straps for the foot pads are too small. I had to get double-sided velcro to use a extensions for the pads. 3) The intensity levels are not strong. Yes, I properly wet my feet as I do with my other unit. But this one, even at the max setting, has a very weak current. Plus side is that the phone-sized unit is very portable. That is about the only thing I can say has going for it.

Works great and is easy to use!

This item is small enough to fit in your pocket, but despite its size it's very powerful. It has helped me with my pain so much. It was meant for me due to my nerve damage, but it also helped my wife with her back pain. I recommend this to anyone who has pain throughout their body.
