We've had this for over a year now.. We bought this to replace the two Keurig Duo Essentials that quit on us, the year before, and they're not cheap. This has held up extremely well.. longer than either of the previous Keurig's Hands down better than Keurig in my opinion. This is a great product, nowhere near as fast as a Bunn. But it is a sturdy reliable coffee maker that works well and does what it is supposed to do. Very easy to clean. My wife loves the single cup maker, you can make a very strong single cup.

My favorite coffee maker! This coffee maker allows for the convivence of a 1 cup brew using a traditional filter & coffee ground; or you can brew a whole pot. This coffee maker does NOT use K-cups or anything similar! There is a smaller water chamber & smaller filter that you can opt to use for a 1 cup brew. I personally do not care for the K-cup brew or even the tiny K-cup 'filter' that you can smash grounds into. The one brew system in this is perfect and makes great coffee.

Beautiful coffee pot. Everything works wonderfully. Easy to use and excellent quality for the price I paid.

The coffee maker is great, only issue is that the lid to add the water for the coffee pot could be bigger

One of my favorite purchases off of Amazon! I love the ability to make a single cup or a carafe of coffee. I also like not having to buy the expensive plastic pods for single cup coffee. It works great!!! Well made! Very pleased!

We bought this Hamilton beach 2- Way programmable coffee maker back in February, and I can say that this is a life saver. We love to wake up to the fresh scent of coffee. It’s very easy to set it to go off. It makes coffee in no time. It’s very light weight and doesn’t take up much counter space. When we pour the water in the machine the water does not go everywhere and it does not leak water while brewing. I recommend this product to everyone who loves coffee. It’s very easy to clean. I normally do a solution of vinegar and water to clean it out, and I run about to pots of just plain water through it to make sure all the vinegar is out before making a pot of coffee. Oh I love the single cup serving as well it’s just as fast as the big pot. Please buy this product your life will be much easier. Very simple to use and clean. I love how you can do the bold brew very delicious.

I live in a house with three other adults, and we all drink coffee at different times. Some mornings we need a whole pot, but other days only one or two of us want a cup. I got tired of wasting half a pot or using plastic pods, you know micro plastics and all, so I picked this one because it does both a full carafe and a single mug with regular grounds. I use the single-serve side almost every day for my morning cup before work. I just scoop the coffee into the mesh basket, push the button, and it finishes in no time. On weekends when everyone is home I fill the big side and set the timer the night before so coffee is ready when we wake up. The bold setting tastes stronger without being bitter, and the machine pauses if I pull the pot out early to sneak a quick cup. The only thing that takes getting used to is filling two separate water tanks, but the windows show the level clearly. This machine saved me money on pods and stopped the leftover coffee waste. I’ve had it for several months now and it still works the same as the first day. I would tell any family or house with people who drink coffee at different times to get this one. It does exactly what it says and feels worth the price.

I like the single serve side much better because no matter what I do, the grounds get in my coffee on the multi serve side. I use a coffee filter and put grounds in coffee filter, have tried bold setting too, but makes no difference. the grounds always get in. the single serve side has a mesh basket and no grounds.
