Trustworthy and High Quality
I am so glad I was recommended these as prenatal vitamins. I started taking them at least 6 months prior to conception, and I feel as though the added vitamins helped significantly. I am also comforted by knowing the support that is now being delivered to my baby in vitro. I take 3 a day. The pills are large and the smell was sometimes hard to deal with in the first trimester, but the dosage of each vitamin within these pills is significant and packs a powerful punch. I found they were best to take midday or with dinner rather than first thing in the morning.

Great product!
These work great! I’m 22 weeks now and I have a perfectly healthy baby that is measuring right on time! They do smell and taste not the best so I just take them with orange juice and you can’t taste the pill. My doola and midwife recommended these to me. Great product !

Get the orange/citrus
I started taking the unscented/plain version of these and was absolutely repulsed by the smell and taste. Please please please buy the orange ones as they are MUCH easier to take. I feel much more energized when I take these consistently. I have the MTHFR gene mutation so I can’t take vitamins with folic acid in them and need methylated folate instead, which these have. 10/10 recommend the scented ones.

Excellent Prenatal!
Love this prenatal! It is expertly designed to have everything you need from the best sources. Does not have a bad aftertaste and even though I take all vitamins at bedtime - does not seem to upset my stomach like some of the other prenatal vitamins I have tried. Great product!

Good Choice of Multivitamin
The multivitamins provide a slight increase in energy levels. Taking three daily is similar to many other multivitamins however I hate the taste. It is easy on my stomach. Overall it comes with glowing recommendations and an IRB study to assess effectiveness.

Smells Terrible
These smell so bad, it was really hard to get them down during the first trimester. I threw them back up multiple times. They do have good vitamins and ingredients but honestly the smell/taste is not worth it when there are other good products on the market.

Disappointed
I really wanted to love these. I still think they are probably one of the most researched and highest quality products on the market but it is not working for me. 1. It’s super expensive when you consider you have to buy additional supplements to meet basic needs like iron and omega 3s. 2. The smell and taste is so terrible that I can barely open the jar without gagging, let alone swallow the pills. I have to take an immediate flavor chaser to subdue the off gas that sits in my mouth after swallowing. I wish I could get over it, in fact I’ve been trying for 3 months, but today I hit my tolerance limit as they left me dry heaving in the kitchen as my toddler screamed and crawled all over me. 3. I was taking ritual before and switched for the higher doses in key nutrients, but I do not feel the energy lift I had with ritual, so I’m switching back. 4. I usually have a cast iron stomach but if I dare to forget to eat before taking these I get nausea within minutes. Perhaps it’s the strength of the vitamin, but I’m tired of all the consequences of taking these pills. Look for my review of ritual’s prenatal in a couple of months if you want to know how the switch goes for me.

Great quality - just tastes weird
I love how well this parental works - but the taste and smell are not for me. I think the company and quality is great. Just wish the smell / taste could improve - lol! It’s a little on the expensive side for a prenatal but quality is what mattered most to me so I was happy overall! Only reason for 4 star is taste.
