Very good far better then I expected.
Tested on Dulux trade colour palette and NCS 1950 colours and nailed it every time. Far exceeded what I was expecting. Download apps Colour pin, Valpar, Akzo Nobel and the Color Muse app. There are lots of paint companies on the Color Muse app including Farrow & Ball, Berger, Sikkens which are applicable for the UK but, a lot of the apps are US companies. My only wish would be for a Crown paint app.

It doesn’t match colours very with Dulux
It’s a good gadget but it’s not suited to the uk I don’t think. Dulux matches mostly are not recognised to uk mixing machines so I’m guessing this is because it’s not for the uk market, I could be wrong, but the only paint brand it seems to match well is farrow and ball, crown is not even on the list of manufacturers installed in the app. Its ok but rather expensive for what it can achieve, I wish I brought a better colour scanner there are a few others out there that are more expensive, so if I use this one much I will probably invest in a more expensive one.

Worked great. Replaced two bathroom mirrors and had to paint the wall behind it that still has the original paint from 93. Was able to give a color match that is indistinguishable from what was painted on the wall. Went to Home Depot and got a sample size that covered just the area needed. Perfect match.

It's is amazing product I have tested about 30 randomly chosen samples from the printed NSC Index 1950 and the Color Muse device did not do a single mistake! I have no time and motivation to test all 1950 samples but it is highly probable that the device will be pretty accurate for all NCS samples. Needless to say that I used the original NCS Colourpin app which is compatible with Color Muse and shows directly NCS matches. (Color Muse and ColourPin hardware must be very similar or identical.)
