I absolutely love these! I have moderate hearing loss and know I was missing out of a lot of conversations. I purchased these while on vacation and was able to experience them in many different scenarios: indoor and outdoor graduations, several restaurants, a pool party with fifty teens and loud music (they adjusted themselves! AI maybe?) and a very windy farmer's market.These are not amplifiers. I previously had Nano hearing aids which turned out to be amplifiers, awful. With the Elehear Beyond, I can have a conversation and faintly hear birds in the background, just like normal hearing. With the Nano's the conversation and the birds would be at the same level, there was feedback and wind noise, not normal. There is no feedback or wind noise with the Beyond.The app is simple to use and comes with four preset settings and allows you to add four of your own custom settings. The bluetooth connectivity has a range of approximately forty feet. I was also able to connect them to my laptop (although it took awhile to download BlueStacks first). Phone conversations are crystal clear. In some environments, I prefer not to use the bluetooth and they work well just on their own and saves battery life both on the hearing aids and the cellphone.Even though I also wear glasses, these are so comfortable I have to keep checking to make sure they are still there. These perform just like natural hearing. I cannot imagine $5K hearing aids performing any better.

They perform quite well for me. Very lightweight and very comfortable to wear.. documentation is quite good, but I would make some suggestions later. I had some questions and the company responded very quickly.. Control from my phone is quite good. The hearing test is very informative. The one problem I had was when a phone call comes in, It was extremely loud. I was told that could be controlled by the two volume buttons on my iPhone. I found that was not true depending on how the phone is set up if you go to settings the Bluetooth volume can be adjusted under sounds and haptics or. By the volume buttons if the correct switch is turned on. mine was not set up that way, but I prefer to adjust the sounds volume within the Sounds and Haptics , that works best for me , now it doesn’t blow my ears off when I call comes in. They take some time to learn all of the various functions- don’t fret, just work thru it a little at a time. There is a lot of information available, but I would prefer to see it more organized under one area rather than poking around to find what you’re looking for .Seems to be there If you can find it .I would recommend trying these hearing aids, it .seems the company has put a lot of effort into customer satisfaction - enjoy!

Pros - These seem to work pretty well. The ability to use your phone to adjust them is nice. Also the charging case is portable and charges the hearing aids quickly. I am pleased with the improvement in my hearing using them.Cons - The ear pieces are thin rubber and none of them worked well in my ears. I had some decent ear pieces donated to me that fit the hearing aids perfectly. Without these they would not have worked well and I would have returned them.Recommendation - Higher quality ear pieces would make these hearing aids much better and useable.

I am definitely impressed with these hearing aids, especially for the price. The reason I'm impressed is because I paid $3,000.00 for the hearing aids I was wearing before and to repair just one that fell apart cost $450.00. I haven't had these hearing aids long so i cannot speak to durability yet. They are easy to use with a great downloadable app that enables a volume control and fit well.

Only my first day at work with these but I tried other brands , first one cost $1,800.00 and had a lot of noise when on calls. next one was $4000.00 after 40% discount and I only had them for a short time since they didnt impress me , Bluetooth would NOT connect at all. had a funny noise like ambient noise. Too much money so sent them back and got these. WOW, these are better than both of the other ones. Work right out of the box. Made call and totlly impressed. I can update later after I have had them for a while but so far these cant be beat for the money!

I ended up returning this. The sound quality was fine, but I hated that the left ear kept losing it's blue tooth connection. It seemed tedious to have to return the earpiece to the charger every time that happened to reconnect. If I wasn't carrying my charger case in my pocket, then I'd just be out of luck. I would have preferred not having the blue tooth feature in this case.

At a certain time you have to get over the stigma of wearing hearing aids! I researched many for over a year, and finally decided to purchase the Elehear. It's not like "natural" sound, but they help. They are discreet, come with a phone app, plenty of control & options while wearing, and offer tinnitus masking. I have recommended them to 4 other people who purchased them, and they are all very satisfied with them.
