Better posture
Best pillow i have ever owned, amazing for Side sleeping and back sleeping. Took about a week to get used to the difference and abit of a stiff neck at the start. but i wont go back to a standard pillow. Posture is better. Im a wriggler when i sleep this seems to keep me in the same position and the sides come up slightly when side sleeping which is amazing

Amazing pillow
Oh my gosh, I have struggled with pillows to ease neck and back pain for years. 2 nights with this and the pain is almost eradicated in the morning and going from several pillows to be comfortable to just this one has been a game changer. I cannot recommend enough. I love this pillow. So comfortable.

Seems to work,
I am finding this pillow jhlps my neck pain I definitely wake up with less discomfort I have given 4 stars because I really would have liked a spare cover to make it easioer for washing and there is no mention of the availability of a spare to purchase. Using a cotton cover would defeat the object of keeping cool.

It Works
After suffering stiff necks with my old pillow i tried this to try to solvr thr problem. Good quality and comfortable but most importantly, IT WORKS !

This works!!!
Used once, lastnight. I woke up thismorning with no pain in my neck - first time in months. I have tried all sorts of pillows. I'm not saying my neck is cured but it now is not hurting unless I press it

Don’t bother
This is the worst pillow I have ever purchased. I am incredibly dissatisfied with how springy and bouncy and therefore weak the structure is but also the smell is just not something I can get on board with. I of course have opened the pillow and no doubt will be unable to return but do not waste your money. Pain relief???? I haven’t felt discomfort like it.
