This is a person coming from a Herman Miller Mira. I will say the Leap V2 is much more comfortable. I love the 4-way adjustable arms. I didnt have that on my Herman Miller. This chair set the bar has a lot more features than my HM. The chair bottom slides forward backward. The base is solid with great casters. The fabric is soft and comfortable. The recline took some time to figure out, because everytime I sat down the gas cylinder would compress, but you have to flip the lever down to prevent it the chair from sinking down. Great lumbar support and you can adjust how easy it is to recline to adjust to recline alittle harder so you have to really back for it to recline, great features. Best bang for your buck. It reclines smooth and moves smooth, no creaks or squeaks. I have read reviews that the chair pad bottoms out but I have not experienced this. It has enough padding.

The chair is comfortable, but the gas cylinder is defective, causing it to immediately sink as soon as any weight is applied. Just purchase it brand new, don't trust the company.

I purchased a refeshed version here on Amazon from seller: OFFICE LOGIX SHOP. This review is for that experience. The item arrived 4 days later than it was promised. The box arrived damaged with the gas cylinder falling out of the box. There were no instructions for how to put the chair together. The gas cylinder needed to be adjusted. Which was not easy even after viewing multiple videos available online. But, I got it to work. Before returning the chair to the seller try viewing videos. I hope this helps some other person.

For this much money, I would hope that the lift cylinder didn't leak. The chair doesn't stay up, it quickly leaks down. This and one of the Lumbar adjusters was broken. I'm returning this item.
