Very hot. Hot dogs with a little char on them in 90 seconds.
I built a very basic table, more like a frame out of 2x4s and this sets right down into it like a top-mount sink. It sits next to my grill and will burn your food in seconds. It's pretty amazing actually.

Great quality
Very impressive quality and performance. I am actually surprised to see this excellent price on a grill that is much better then the ones twice the price. Very heavy, one person will not lift it off the pallet. Looks great too!

Disappointing
Replaced three times. Every single one came with a broken piece on the top. I contacted Spire a couple of times but never heard back!
