Easy to store, completely washable and perfect for 500g loaves.

These are a high quality item that make the bread making process more enjoyable. I use these to proof sourdough oval loaves in the fridge for 24 hours prior to baking. I appreciate the cotton rope construction that looks nice and allows moisture to leave the loaf during proofing. These also come with nice cloth covers to prevent the loaf from drying out. One thing to note is these are recommended for a loaf size that is max 800 g, which is fine for me, but you may want to keep looking if you want to make larger loaves. Definetly recommended.
