I am SO glad to get my paws on these two ghouls, They’ve came in secure box and everything appears functional! They’ll be unboxed anyway but I am happy with them even if I had to wait for a little long because I preordered. Either way, I love them, so cute!

Brilliant purchase
Brilliant and perfectly packaged. It came in the Mattel official box within an Amazon box so was super safe. The doll box was in perfect condition and I can’t wait to open my werecat twins and put them on display😄

Delivered in a bag, box destroyed
I am incredibly dissapointed in the state the doll came in. My doll was delivered in a bag, from the UK to Canada, across multiple borders, IN A BAG. The box is practically destroyed to say the least. It's flattened and ripped up. There's creases everywhere and it's warped as well. I'm so upset that I'm receiving this in this state, especially since I paid 100 CAD and went incredibly out of my way to get her, despite her being sold out everywhere, and as a collector this box is unacceptable. Even the doll and stand is dirty inside the box.
