Does this actually contain horseradish? The description says it has “chunks of horseradish” but no horseradish listed on label.

Yes. It has grated horseradish and a powdered horseradish. That was an old label that had a typo. Our ingredients are listed below.

The Sodium content is 400MG per scoop or every 7 grams. The scoop is about a Tablespoon which is an optional portion size. The beauty of Devil Daves mix is that you can use as much or little as you see fit and use ANY tomato juice available.. If you want to cut down on sodium, we recommend use half a scoop and a low Sodium juice. V8 makes one for instance. I no longer have the container so I've no idea of sodium content. However, I can tell you Devil Dave's is not near so good a Bloody Mary as Tobasco's Bloody Mary mix.
