Worth the price
I was looking to buy Bluetooth headset to replace my Plantronics M55 which conked out when it fell in a puddle of water. Since I use my headset exclusively for answering my cell phone when driving, (which is just once or twice per week maximum) I decided to go with the Jabra TALK Bluetooth Headset because it is a basic headset and is not so pricey. This Jabra headset looks like the run-of-the-mill headset, it measures 2.4 cm by 5 cm by 1.6 cm. On the plus side the in-ear design silicone ear buds and plastic hooks are very comfortable on the ear and the call quality is clear and is of acceptable quality, also the headset also automatically paired with my IPhone 5s the first time I turn it on. On the downsides, I only received a 30 cm USB cable with the headset which can be used on the Computer or the car's USB charger. Also, I am able to charge it with my old charger. Remember you only get what you pay for; I retrospect I should have gone for something a more expensive. UPDATE I have been using this headset since November 2014; I have since changed my mobile phone and its working fine with the Samsung Galaxy and it has performed quite well as at December 2016. I have had no problems with it.

Lasted Three Years, worked well
I purchased this product in July 2020. It worked well for all my business calls, no complaints from anyone I talked to. I am extremely hard on it and work with it while sweating, sanding drywall dust, paint, sawdust. It is used hard 5 days a week. No issues. Battery life was good. Only in the last 2 months of June and July of 2023, did battery life wane considerably (lasting less than an hour) and decided to replace with another JABRA. I originally paid about $20 so lasting for 3 years is a pretty good value in my book.

A Pleasant Surprise: The Cheapest Bluetooth Earpiece I've Owned, and the Best
I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth earpieces in the past. They frequently just don't work, they often have very poor battery life, and they almost always have tiny, finicky, difficult-to-use controls that make them more trouble than they're worth. I'd just about given up on them, but I needed an earpiece to work with the iPhone app I use to track my cycling (Cyclemeter -- highly recommended). The app works only with the AD2P Bluetooth protocol, so I literally bought the cheapest one I could find, assuming that it'd end up in the discard pile with its half-dozen predecessors from Sony and Samsung and others. To my surprise, it works very well. It has decent sound quality for traffic directions, the dropoffs, while they do happen, are comparatively uncommon, the controls are usable and reasonably intuitive, the battery life is good enough for my needs (four to five hours, on average). And it cost...less than a third of what I've spent on some other earpieces. My earpiece needs aren't particularly extensive, but the Jabra handles them all very nicely.

Lightweight, comfortable, easy to use earpiece.
I purchased this earpiece for my wife, at her request. It's a really comfortable earpiece to wear, and you'll find yourself forgetting that you're wearing it after the first 30-60 minutes. It's very lightweight, and easy to use. Above, I stated that I bought it for my wife. Her only complaint about it is that she wishes the silicone ear piece was a tad bit smaller, or at least came with a smaller one as an option. That's something I plan on fixing for her with a little bit of shaving of the silicone. As for me, I tried it and really enjoyed it. I even changed the silicone piece for one of the others, and was able to remove the support arm without fear that it fell...bear in mind that this was for an hour inside my own home, and only while sitting. I have a feeling that with a little time and some sweat, that it would eventually fall out...but in my time with it, it didn't happen. Now, my wife has washed 4 of her past earpieces by forgetting that they were in her pocket. Knowing how inexpensive this one was, I'd be willing to purchase a few more to have around as back ups for her. As for the electronics...it seems as though there hasn't been many big improvements over the versions I was buying 8-10 years ago, so don't look at this as an improvement over something more expensive. I considered giving it only a 4 star rating, but with the wife's only complaint being that her ear hole is a tad too small, I'm leaving the product review stand as a 5 star. I'm considering purchasing more of these to keep around for her...and that should be testament as to how I feel about it...that I plan on buying it again.

At least it was cheap!
I had a Jabra headset some time ago and it was spectacular! I loved it and I think it loved me. Horror of horror, it was stolen from me and so I went to find the same one online. The exact model wasn't available any more, but was told this one was newer and better and did more stuff, etc. I thought, why not? If the other model was great, then this one will be even better! The information that I didn't heed, however, was the repeated complaint from other reviewers that this thing is annoying because you can't avoid hitting the call/redial/connected button when you're just trying to put it on! Everyone who said that, is right and those who have found a work around are having to use a work around (one shouldn't have to use a work around, IMO). It got to the point that I would have to stop everything I was doing and slowly, grasping it every so gingerly from the very end, ease it into my ear, hoping it wouldn't tell me for the tenth time that I was connected, or worse, redial and start calling someone. You would think that my troubles would have ended there, because, honestly, they really should have. At first, once I got it into my ear, all was well with the world and my life became whole again. I took conference calls and things were good. I took personal calls and things were good. No one said "I can't hear your" or "You sound far away." Nothing was wrong in the world of bluetooth headset calls. I even listened to music from my personal phone with this piece in one ear, while I had my work phone headset on the other ear...and again, all was well with the world. It fit well in my ear, though I did use the loop for double security, it didn't pop out and as long as I didn't have to set the thing on my ear again, things were good. The on/off switch was a stroke of genius, the volume was fine, the buttons were easy to distinguish and use. Ironically, the call/call end button being as touchy as it is and as eager as it is to make a call if you brush by it, had a delay in hanging up - that, it couldn't do! You hit the button during a call and then a few seconds later the call ends. So a dramatic hang up could be rather awkward. "Hang on, it'll hang up any min...." beeep. But after having this headset for a little while, I cannot go more than a few feet from my phone without the tell-tale crackling noise of disconnection. I don't get disconnected, just get crackly. Then the other night disaster struck when my phone was on the table in front me as I was working on my laptop (so, maybe a foot or two away from the ear piece) and the caller on the other end said the worst four words you can hear when you're on a call: "Are you there? Hello?" My heart broke a little and I, almost tearfully, removed the headset from my ear which hung up on the call because I accidentally touched the call button...though I didn't realize it for a few seconds. When I called my boss back, I had to put him on speaker phone so I could continue working and kept having to lean down and shout into the speaker so he could hear me clearly. It was like some kind of miserable cave-man experience. Drama aside, this is a great idea and I want to say I still like Jabra and they're a good brand, but I have to buy a new headset now and I'm not terribly thrilled about that. I've lost my trust in this brand and I'm not sure where to turn to. My other Jabra headset worked on three or four different phone upgrades (so about three or four years) and was working great when Sticky Fingers struck. This one seems to be pooping out on me less than a year after I bought it. Does that mean other new Jabra headsets are as flimsy? I don't know. I just don't know.

As a quality company, JABRA DIED!!! - - - R.I.P.
OK, First, I need to say that I use to be (USE TO BE) a Jabra fan for many a year. I had two of the jabra jx10 ear piece sets. They lasted for years!!! I had two because I used them so much that I ran out of battery and while I was using that one, the other was charging. That system worked s well for me. Finally, after years of use, they gave out, first one, then the other. Since that model was discontinued, I bought a used jabra jx10 to replace them. (I paid as much as $128.00 for one jx10. That is how much I liked it, and how devoted I was to Jabra.) Finally, I just had to throw in the towel and buy a new ear piece. I bought the Jabra Talk Bluetooth Headset. It worked well for a few weeks, (OK, a couple of weeks.) After a while, the Bluetooth connection started dropping. Then the connection required me to restart the phone and earpiece, and go through the Bluetooth re-connect multiple times before it would finally connect. Now, I cannot get it to connect at all. WHAT HAPPENED TO JABRA????? I am one of those crazy people who keep questionable companies in business; this meaning that I am not bothering to return the earpiece, I am just throwing it away and buying a different brand, hopefully from a new, startup company, before they begin to hire relatives, increase salaries beyond anything reasonable, buying Mazarattis as a company expense, and marking it down as a vehicle needed to transport cargo, going on monthly trips to Monte Carlo as a business expense.; and then, because the money is running short, start purchasing crap components in order to save money, so they can keep the Mazarattis. As a quality company, JABRA DIED!!! - - - R.I.P.

Great sound, easy to use
I have a similar model headset and bought this as a gift; my girlfriend LOVES it. It's very light, the sound and reception is good, and it's very easy to sync with your phone. Now that it's illegal to use a cell phone in the car, it's kind of a must have. It sounds much better than built in blue tooth in the car, which makes it sound like you're in a cave. Plus, with this little headset, you can do all kinds of chores and what not around the house while talking on the phone. It *is* easy to accidentally hang up on someone 'til you get used to it. The fit is decent and comfortable. It stays put walking around, but I think if you tried to jog or do something vigorous, it might fall out of your ear. For the price, it's a great device, and I highly recommend. This model also allows you to stream music and GPS from your phone.

Works great! Really inexpensive.
I am really hard on bluetooths: they either end up at the bottom of the pool, eaten by puppies, just disappear etc.....SO I am happy that I can get a decent bluetooth without breaking the bank. Are these the fanciest? No. But they work well and are fairly inexpensive. My only issue with them is that the disconnect button is right on the top so often when I am adjusting it in my ear, I disconnect the call. But for the price, and the volume of these I go through....they are the perfect bluetooth for me.
