I wasn’t sure what to expect with this but it’s actually really easy to use. The design is simple and comfortable and you can definitely feel it targeting the muscles it’s supposed to. I’ve been using it a few minutes a day and I can already tell it’s helping with strength and control. It doesn’t take up much space and feels sturdy enough to last. Great little tool if you want to work on pelvic floor or hip exercises at home!
