Constantly cuts off. Runs for five secs and shuts off. I have to keep turning it back on. Not time efficient for salon. I was putting to much water ! Works great !

I am extremely disappointed with the performance of this steamer, as well as the insensitive response I received from the company regarding a very serious safety incident. During a recent service, the steamer malfunctioned dangerously, shooting a powerful stream of hot water instead of steam. This resulted in hot water soaking my treatment bed, the floor, and even hitting my eye, causing a painful burn. Fortunately, my client was able to move quickly and avoid injury, but this could have ended much worse. When I reached out to the company to report the malfunction and express my concerns, I was met with a dismissive and insensitive response. Despite the severity of the situation, there seemed to be little acknowledgment of the potential danger this faulty product posed, nor was there any genuine concern for the fact that I was injured and my client was put at risk. This lack of empathy and responsibility is extremely disappointing, especially considering the potential for far more serious harm. As a professional esthetician, I rely on my equipment to function safely and effectively, and this experience has completely eroded my trust in this product and the company behind it. I am seeking a full refund and additional compensation for the injury and disruption caused by this dangerous malfunction. Until this issue is addressed and the company takes full responsibility, I cannot in good conscience recommend this steamer to anyone. The risk to safety, combined with the company’s insensitivity to the matter, makes this product a serious liability.

This facial steamer works really well — the mist is strong and consistent, and it leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. The wheels and adjustable arm make it super convenient, and it definitely gives a spa-like experience at home. I just wish the water tank was a bit bigger, and some parts feel a little cheap. Still, for the price, it’s a great buy and perfect for home use.

I purchased this steamer at the behest of a youtuber whose video reviewed it. She was very thorough in her explanation and demo of it. So I thought, for the price I’d give it a try. Happy to report that this far I’m quite pleased. My primary reason for purchase was for hair steaming. However, the first time I used it I used it on my face. I was satisfied with the overall experience. THEN so used it on my hair. Satisfied again. So, all in all it has been a pleasant experience for me. I look forward to using it again tomorrow to steam my hair which I do once a week. The fact that it’s on wheels makes it very easy to transport. Assembly was a breeze. So simple and easy. HOWEVER, you may NOT use distilled water on your first usage. You have to use regular water first for electrolyte detection which the instructions clearly pointed out but, I read right over it. I was alerted by a shrill noise and a red light. Once I figured out the error. I quickly righted my wrong and it was on and poppin’’ afterwards. In short, I have no complaints. If I run into any I’ll be sure to come back here and document.

This steamer worked very well. It's as good as the professional. It works very well I would recommend it.

The steamer works great! I timed how long it takes til the buzzer goes off to let you know the water is running low and it took about right under 20 minutes till you have to refill it again. It takes about 5-7 minutes for the steam to heat and start coming out if you use room temperature water. It doesn’t have a timer but it does have a UV light which I did like which other brands with timers do not have. The steam was not extremely hot or cold, it was perfect! I’m glad I found this one, I really didn’t want to spend $100 or so for one. Get this one if your looking for a good product and good price! No complaints so far. I was supposed to get it Dec. 5 and got it Dec.7th at night so that’s the only downside was that it was late but other than that it was good!
