This is an update to my previous review of this item. When I had trouble with the first one I contacted the company and got excellent help and they sent me a replacement immediately. Customer service is excellent. As for the air purifier, it has operated without any trouble for about a month now. I live on a gravel road with lots of trees around and deal with a lot of dust and pollen. This air purifier has greatly reduced both . It is not loud , works very well, and is a good value.I would recommend this to anyone and also give a big thumbs up to their representative.

This air purifier is awesome, it is double sided air suction, it has three filters; the black filter picks up a lot of dust and the other filters pick up a lot of smell and truly cleans the air quality within surrounding. When you wash the black filters be very gentle and let it completely dry before you install them back in the unit. If you use vacuum to clean the dust, use a very low suction vacuum. I should also mention the cover for the filters also picks up lints, some dust and dog or cat hair. I would say that this unit actually has four filters which includes the outer cover for the other three filters, rinse the it as well and dry with a clean towel or paper towel. I highly recommend this air purifier and the seller who is awesome, if you have any questions or concerns the seller will get right back to you and answer any questions or concerns, not like other sellers that if you contact them, they take a long time to contact you.I highly recommend this unit and the seller of this air purifier 👌

To be honest this is a pretty good air filter. It’s cute and looks modern. I like to the cool air it blows out. It’s also quiet and you can feel the clean air from feet(s) away. Doesn’t smell. Power cord is long too so you can adjust it pretty much anywhere. I got this for my cat and his asthma, the noise doesn’t bother him which is great!

When I turned the first one I received on, it was loud and clunky. It sounded like the fan on the inside was broken. I emailed tech support (an email that was with the instructions) and they email back within 20 minutes or so at about 4:30 in the evening. We went through some troubleshooting and they deemed it most likely broken. They were happy to exchange it. The new one I have is quiet. I can sleep with it going in my room. I like the white design. Odors seem to be going away. I'm hoping it helps with allergies in the next couple days too.

It works exactly as it says. The only reason I fave it 4 instead of 5 is that I still am not sure if I chose the right one for my home and reasons. But a good machine for dust and allergies.

My office has high traffic, people comes in and out alot. Having a clean air room has recently become my number one priority. I bough this because it is just a right side, not to small like a toy and not to big. Its compact light easy to move, has two side filter, strong fan and auto mode works like its supposed to be. I can feel the cleaniness of my office and no longer worry about the air quality when i am at work

Amazon ad has many good proclamations, but there is zero info on or in the box about the power, coverage, etc. Returned.
