Great fun and not spendy
Oh my gosh, I love this little foosball table. It's small enough to put on a coffee table. It looks great, plays very well, and was easy to assemble. I'd say it's big enough to have fun with a game (though I'm not some foosball master). I may get a second one for the office, so my colleagues and I can goof off in our conference room. I'd just caution that the balls are small enough and light and bouncy enough so they're likely to get lost-- sometimes they fly out of the little slots. Extra balls would be worth it.

Very nice set. The only problem I have had with this is the quality of the rods. One of the rods snapped after few days. The rest of the quality is pretty good.

Not Durable
I put this foosball table together for my son for a Christmas gift. It took about 20 minutes to put together. The instructions were tiny and incomplete but I managed to assemble it properly merely by trial and error. There are 4 posts with soccer players on them. No where on the instructions does it say in which order to place them or which direction they should be facing. I put them in and then and to disassemble half of it to fix it once I realized that the information was missing and I had guessed it wrong the first time. (FYI, alternate the jersey colors. Opposite Colors face each other) maybe this is common knowledge but I’m just a mom putting together a toy over here.My son was very excited to receive this gift but he bumped one of the posts ever so slightly on his door frame and the post bent and became completely unusable. We did get a replacement but I’m very cautious with the new set because the poles look like they could easily bend or break again. Otherwise, it’s a fun toy - perfect for a 9 yo boy!

Buyer beware: you get what you pay for and it takes patience and skill to assemble this simple thing without breaking it.
If you manage to assemble this without breaking it, then it's pretty fun for children who take care not to play too rough with it. For this reason, I don't recommend this for children under 7 if you want it to last for more than 1 day. One more tip: don't let a child assemble it, unless you're ready to have the "you get what you pay for" conversation when they accidentally break it while trying their best to follow the badly written assembly instructions (yes there are washers included but how to use them isn't mentioned in the instructions); adults should take ownership of this one. It is ridiculously frustrating that the receptacles for the screws don't line up in a way that enables you to slide the "field" into the frame. You need to know something about the art of "persuading" flimsy, highly breakable pieces into the right places even when those places don't line up like you think they should. Take care when pushing the handles onto the bars; the bars are flimsy and bend easily, and the handles are too tight for you to not have to push hard to get them on.

For $16, it's 5-Stars
If you realize this is really a toy-game, not a regular size Foosball table, it's a kick for $16. The playing area is 15.5x11 vs 31x19 [29% of the playing surface] for a 3-rod/side game, so it is MUCH smaller. You have to be a bit careful to only rotate the rods, which you should do any table [not lift up, push down, just rotate/turn and push in and out]. I've played a lot of Foosball on a 31x19 table and this gives you a similar game play, on a MUCH smaller scale. The person with the most skill will win on both sizes.I can see taking this to restaurant, playing for the tab. You can practice by yourself and will quickly become much better, so it's a good way to win a lot of bets for restaurant tabs. For $16 it's a 5 star value, but I think you would want to also get a regular size Foosball table for most of the time.

Poor quality
One of the rods holding the players broke within one day. Unfortunately I was outside the return window when I first opened it
