This is an updated review for CoreCarbon 4-Pack Exact Fitment, used with a Honeywell AirGenius 4 (HFD310). I have since changed my review from a 1-star to 5-stars. I purchased these filters back in mid March and I had an sizing issue where the filters were a bit shorter on the sides, and created a gap that was wide enough to affect the effectiveness of the filter. Seeing how they were not exact fitment, I returned them. About a week later, a representative from CoreCarbon reached out to me letting me know that dimensions for their filters would be updated and would be produced to be more accurate to specification. The representative sent replacement filters on the condition that I would test their filters. Again, I emphasize the high quality in their weight and thickness of the CoreCarbon filter media that seem much more heftier than the Honeywell OEM. The updated, resized to spec filters fit snugly on the rear panel leaving practically no gap. At about $3.90/filter, these CoreCarbon filters are a great value compared to OEM that are listed at about $9.25/filter. I will definitely be reordering these.

The filters fit perfectly, not sure how well they are working though...i have 2 of the same air purifiers and haven't noticed much of a difference this time around, it has been a few months. unfortunately I'm not seeing the effectiveness like i have with Previous filters that i have used,before they would instantly get rid of any odor and you could see the dust it collected right away. For some reason I'm not seeing that with these. I really wish i did tho since it's a slightly cheaper alternative to the original brand ones i recieved with my purifiers.

(I have already written a detailed review for this item!)... Anyway, I will write another one because this a good product that deserves support... The sheets are well-made and sized well. Actually, they are a bit larger so that they cover the filter completely and provide reliable and effective air-filtering. Yet, they do not get in the way of closing the back panel of the machine. As suggested, put the carbon sheet on top of the HEPA filter,not inside the cover panel. I held mine with a few tiny pieces of aluminium tape. This ensured a tight fit and did not interfere with air flow or the cover. One suggestion to the manufacturer: make the plastic bags they are packed in a bit thicker in order to ensure that it doesn't tear during handling and shipping. All in all, I recommend these carbon sheets highly. I will definitely order more when needed.

I been using these filters in my air filter for awhile. They do a good job. It is easy to to put in my air filter at least. Does the job. I have major asthma and need air filters to clean the air regularly. The filter itself looks pretty thick. When I change it I can tell its covered in dust and particles. I gotta change it about every 3 months or more depending on air quality.

I only had the one K pre-filter that came with my Honeywell HFD320 Air Genius 5 Air Purifier and had the washable filter in my air purfer when the maintenance indicator showed maintenance needed. I washed the filter and that took a day to completely dry. I also had to rinse out the hepa filter which took a day and half to completely dry which meant no air purifying during that time. These carbon filters are the exact size as the K pre-filters and a great price! So now I just need to find a backup hepa filter so I don't have any air purifying down time.

The pre-filter fit very well and capture a lot of particles and eliminate oders. They are very easy to install and having more than one in the package makes changing the very easy

Perfect quality and fit for my air purifier. We have birds and the dust is crazy, I was worried about aftermarket filters but these are working perfectly in our Honeywell air purifier. The price is amazing considering you pay $25-30 for one replacement in my local stores.

Fit my Honeywell air cleaner like the original one. Much cheaper than OEM and looks very similar in size and thickness as well as density. Comes folded in half like the OEM filters do.

I purchased these as a replacement for the prefilters in 2 of my fans. These prefilters were a bit larger and I needed to cut them to size, but was more than ok with that!!

Carbon filters that fit many Honeywell air purifiers. Decent quality that does the job.
