Highly recommend
Great purchase. It’s been used about 90% of the days I’ve had it (well over two years now) and is going strong. Quiet and effective, excellent piece of kit

Good, does the job. WiFi app too.
My elderly mum is housebound. The windows are often closed and she can't get out to dry washing unless I am there. I'd noticed a level of condensation and some mould deloping and this was soon confirmed by a humidity meter. My mum isn't technical and is also forgetful so it was no use asking her to manage a dehumidifier. We started with the chemical dehumidifiers (Aero 360) which did a good job but clearly needed something more active. So, an app controlled WiFi dehumidifier seemed to be a way forward. I wanted something sub-£200. I wanted a good ability to cope with a larger space through lounge and a decent size water tank as I can't be there every day. I thought 4l was a decent minimum. Well this AirPro seems to do the job. It wasn't my first choice, but at this price point they seem similar mechanicals and electronics. This came on offer and was delivered quickly. I usually grasp things pretty quickly, I did have a couple of minutes trying to fathom out the settings but I soon got the idea. The unit is quite big and moderately heavy. This isn't one to move about to different floor levels in your house regularly. (My more expensive dessicant dehumidifier is truly portable). So, it works, within a short while it was taking some of the humidity out of the air. Probably a bit slower than I expected but it works. It's also noisier than I'd hoped, but they all are. It's the fan mainly, none seems as quiet as they lead you to believe. The WiFi app is generic which is a good thing, hopefully gets updates and support rather than company specific. So I set up a schedule for it to come on daily at particularly settings. It's working fine, I can switch it on and off remotely like today when mums carer has put out washing for drying. I'm yet to see what happens if the water tank is full as so far I've emptied it on my visits. Not the best design, but has been ok. So, for the price I think this was a good buy so far. Small improvement would be that it has a flap on the top to direct expelled air rather than just up. Also if you are new to dehumidifiers note the operating temperatures. In our own house we have a cold conservatory, this model would be unsuitable. Dessicant dehumidifiers are required for cold but you will pay more.

4–5 Stars 🌟
This has honestly been a game changer for my ground-floor flat (older build). I used to struggle with moisture whenever the heating was on or clothes were drying, but since getting this, it’s made life so much easier. The musty smell that used to hang around has completely gone, which is a huge plus. The only downside is the connectivity. The product description doesn’t mention that the app only works on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz. I know that’s common with smart appliances, but it would’ve been nice to have it clearly stated — especially since I paid extra for the smart version. Overall though, still a solid buy and I’m glad I went for it.

Great machine
As soon as we switched it on it got to work in my damp bungalow. It’s capacity to collect water is great. It turns off when full, and a beeping sound is heard to let you know. Within 24 hours the condensation on our big bay windows was gone. We placed it in the hallway, left all the doors open on the first night to see what happened. We were very surprised at how quickly it drew in the damp air. The bungalow is now a nice airy place. It’s on castors so it’s easy to move around. It’s not a huge machine that will take up too much space. If you’re thinking about this please go for it. You won’t be disappointed!!

Good air dryer
Value for money: I bought a 16l per hour, at a good price, how long it will last is the unknown, the last one lasted four years before deciding to go dead on me, living in a small flat I need a de humidifier to maintain dry air conditions and no mould. I am very impressed with the liquid capacity of this one, compact size well-designed quite pleased actually it's relatively quiet

Really impressed with this purchase
Would highly recommend has made such a difference in our house. Its surprising how much moisture there is. A nice size to so can easily move to different room and not in the way.

Very efficient
We have two dehumidifiers, one upstairs and recently bought this one for downstairs. They are a must especially in old properties like ours. This one is very quiet, easy to move around on wheels and as well as keeping damp and condensation at bay it's great for drying washing. They don't cost much to run and actually by getting rid of moisture from the air they make your heating more efficient as heating damp rooms takes much longer than heating dry rooms. I knocked one star of because it's annoying having to remove the tray to see how full it is as there's no window, however it does shut off automatically when full. Overall a great purchase.
