I really like this grinder!
I’m really impressed with this grinder. It’s a great price, compact, and easy to use. I was hesitant to order it because it had relatively few reviews compared to some of the bigger name brands, but I am pleasantly surprised with it’s quality. I’ve had a hand grinder in the past, but I did not like the grind quality and it was a chore to use. This one is easy to adjust, and quick and easy to grind. It’s also much quieter than an electric grinder. I use an AeroPress, and I only make coffee for myself. If I was regularly making a large batch of ground coffee this would not be my go-to tool. For one to two people brewing coffee on demand this grinder is perfect. I travel a few times a year for work and have resorted to instant or preground coffee because anything is better than the hotel coffee packets. I had been wanting to find a better solution, and now I find myself looking forward to my next trip. This handy little grinder is going to greatly increase the joy of travelling. A couple of things to note. The outside black shell is plastic, the crank shaft that holds the burr appears to be stainless steel along with the burr. The clear cup that catches the grounds, is glass. Some of the older reviews show an orange glass, but the newer one is clear. Some other hand grinders advertise being able to use a hand drill. The crank shaft is the correct shape, but it appears an odd size. A 7/32in socket fits and works well enough, but it has a little more play than usual. I think a 5.5mm socket might fit better, but I don’t have one to try. You can also use the chuck directly on the shaft. I was looking forward to using a drill to speed things up, but I found that I enjoyed grinding by hand enough that I only used the drill once.

Best Grinder Out There
I absolutely LOVE this coffee grinder. I've had an electric one for years now, and this grinder puts that thing to shame. To start, the precision of the coarse grind is perfect for cold brew coffee, which is what I prefer for the higher caffeine content. Two full grinds in this is exactly the right amount needed for my cold brew jar. I've only made two jars of cold brew thus far, so four full grinds, and it has not flinched once. Using the grinder is as simple as screwing the catch jar on the bottom, filling it with beans, placing the handle on top, and turning. It's compact enough to fit easily into a suitcase or backpack to use wherever you may go. The one drawback is that you do have to be careful while grinding to make sure handle and lid do not come off. It only slides into place and is not securely attached. This only happened to me once, and it was because I was admittedly being a bit careless. Nonetheless, it is something to be aware of. If you enjoy a particular style of coffee and want to make sure you get EXACTLY the best grind for your particular taste, then this is the grinder for you. You will not regret it.

Quality Build, ease of use, and the coffee!
Love this portable grinder. Quality and durability seem to sum it up with a nicely set handle that makes grinding easy. Took it on month long holiday and used it daily with great results. Easy to adjust grind for varied types like drip, espresso, or aero. Love size, quality, and coffee!

After the first use no real complaints
I only used it once so i dont have a lot of data to pull from but what i can say is: The lid/handle is a little wobbly, I have minor concerns about longevity. I haven't figured out how to take it completely apart for a thorough cleaning. The brush that comes with does to a great job of gently removing grounds. But with those things notes it has been a great tool. The grind is very smooth and requires relatively low effort. It creates very uniform grounds. Sturdy build quality. Just remember to wet your beans before grinding. The static electricity it creates otherwise is a pain it The butt

Wish I bought sooner
Excellent manual grinder, didn’t want another electric appliance taking up counter space and this unit is perfect. Super easy to use, I had it dialed in to the perfect grind size after the first use. This is my first experience grinding coffee beans fresh and the difference vs pre ground is remarkable. The smoothness and taste impresses with every sip. Highly recommended.

Cool!
Excellent product, very practical and easy to use, I have only used it for the French press preparation method, and the grinding it generates is of good quality. The multiple options it has to graduate the type of grinding make it very versatile for other preparations

Excellent results from a reasonable grinding effort for a reasonable price.
I have been using this grinder for about a month now, with excellent results. Grinding effort is reasonable, and the resulting grind is extremely consistent. On rare occasion, the bean feed column will lock up, but a simple tap of the jar on the palm of the hand fixes that. Just take care that the non-cranking hand that is holding the grinder shaft isn't overlapping onto the holding jar, as that tends to begin loosening the jar. I would like to see a higher capacity jar made available (or learn if the jar threads match any kind of standard so that I could procure a larger jar on my own). The grinder and provided jar hold about nine 1/8 C measures of beans when filled to the brim. That is nearly perfect, since it is slightly more that what is required to brew (I'm using refillable pods in a commercial Keurig, grinding at #15) morning coffee for my wife and I. However, if I need to brew coffee for house guests as well (which has not yet happened) I would need to empty the jar more than once to complete the task. I would need to add beans to the grinder reservoir either way, but that is not a big deal. Emptying the jar tends to be a bit messy, as just-made coffee granules seem to invariably be highly charged with static electricity. I would prefer not to need to empty the holding jar more than once each morning, guests or no.

Excellent value.
It works remarkably well. I am able to grind fine enough to pull good espresso shots using a non-pressurized portafilter basket. And I can then grind coffee when I want to do pour-overs. It's well made and the 60g capacity is welcome, although I should note that this capacity refers to the amount of ground coffee that the unit can hold. There's no way to get 60 or even 45 grams of whole beans into the grinding chamber.
