SUGAR N CREAM YARN
GREAT QUALITY COTTON YARN FOR KNITTING AND CROCHET PROJECTS. I USED LARGE AND SMALL KNITTING NEEDLES AND THE SAME FOR CROCHET HOOKS. WORKS WELL ON CIRCULAR KNITTING NEEDLES TOO. A PLEASURE TO USE. NO GNARLY KNOTS TO INTERRUPT FLOW. FABULOUS! FABULOUS!

This is one of my favourite cotton's to work with. I use it to make facecloths because it is nice and soft. The quality lasts a long time.

Great cotton if looking to use as warp thread on larger pieces on a loom

Probably ok for some uses.
This is a reasonable cotton, fairly soft. But I can't understand what has other people leaving 5 star reviews on this. It really is nothing special and certainly no better than some budget brands out there, so not great value for money. I wove a 12" x 12" sample with this today. I found the twist very loose and it was splitting far too easily under very little actual handling. Not that great to work with on a rigid heddle loom. I can't see it being much better used in knitting or crochet either, although I have not knitted or crocheted with it so far. I am hoping the appearance of the yarn in the finished sample will improve after wet finishing, but I wouldn't buy this again.

My first time crocheting with pure cotton and it took some getting used to due to the lack of stretch. However, the result is gorgeous! I am crocheting a granny square, lacey top and it has delivered a fabulous result with texture. It is quite thick so I'm aware that when washed this garment is going to take forever to dry - and it's white! But, I am so happy with the look of the finished result of this top quality yarn. Such amazing value too compared to local craft and yarn stores - it would have cost me more than double with what was on offer locally. I'm already thinking of the next project because I LOVE crocheted cotton items - feminine, practical and stylish.
