Great cards, fast shipping

EXCELLENT CARD!

The cards in question: 4x Ghirapur Orrery, arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. Unfortunately, the cards were listed as "New" when this is clearly not the case. There are scratches, noticeable dents, and a significant warp despite not being foil. I know that the warp was not due to shipping due to the packaging and orientation of the warp. Of the 4 cards, which were housed within a sleeve, on each side of the sleeve two of the cards were facing outward. After removing the cards from the sleeve, they all showed warp in the same direction, meaning they were warped before shipping.These cards are not "New" and they are not "Near Mint." They are, at best, "Lightly Played," and I would have been perfectly fine with that, had the product been labeled as such.Although these cards were not especially costly, I have no way of knowing if a very expensive card might have the same issue, and I have no intention of ordering something like that to find out.
