I was missing my old-school charger for my iPad, and this worked perfectly. Great price, quick ship and charged up my iPad as a it normally would. Too bad my iPad isn’t worth anything or won’t work anymore, but I needed to charge it up so I could clear it and send it off to recycle. Solid cord construction is very durable.

This charger works great for my iPod Photo 4th Generation from 2005. It charges it and also allows file transfer from my computer to the iPod. The cable seems very durable and is a nice length. I hope itll stay as good as it is for a long time! Time will tell

You know what I love? I love how we've got seventeen different kinds of charging cables in this country. We've got USB-C, we've got Lightning, we've got Micro USB, and now I'm sitting here with this 30-pin monstrosity that looks like it was designed by a committee of people who couldn't agree on how many pins was the correct number of pins. Thirty! They went with thirty! Some engineer at Apple back in 2003 said, "You know what? Screw it. THIRTY PINS. If we're gonna do this, we're gonna do it RIGHT." And then ten years later they said, "Yeah, never mind, eight pins is plenty." But here's the thing about this AGVEE cable – and I'm gonna be straight with you – it works. It actually works! It charges my iPod Classic, that ancient brick of a music player that still holds 40,000 songs because I refuse to let "the cloud" hold my stuff hostage. The cable's four feet long, which is just long enough to reach from the outlet to wherever the hell you're sitting, provided you're not sitting somewhere stupid.

This was on sale and had good reviews. However, the description only mentions charging. Even worse, I saw a couple of one-star reviews that said that said it was only good for charging, not syncing. But since a few other reviews (that weren't one-star) mentioned syncing, I decided to take a chance. And I'm glad I did, since they work find for syncing my generation 5.5 iPods with iTunes. In addition, they're now the most flexible iPod cables I own. So if you need an iPod cable that does charging AND data, go for it!
