I buy this for my husband in the summer because he does so much work out in the heat. He can have this on hand because of subscribe and save and it comes right to our door. He drinks these and they really help to keep him from getting muscle cramps. He likes the smaller size bottles and variety of flavors.

This is a great beverage. Love the size and flavor is super good. Low sugar content and hydrating. Easy to carry, pleasant smell and holds up well l, heat resistant
