Not 50 Ohms as described
I measured the characteristic impedance to be about 75 Ohms, not the 50 Ohms listed in the description. There are no markings on the coax regarding RG designation or impedance. I measured the characteristic impedance by terminating the far end of the cables with a 50 Ohm then a 75 Ohm dummy load, with my antenna analyzer feeding the near end at frequencies between 1 and 60 MHz. (Yes, I verified my measurement approach by using the same technique with known 50 Ohm cables, which did check out as being 50 Ohms.) The description of this item should be corrected. I didn't notice this problem until I had the cables for over 30 days. I tried contacting the seller, but I don't think they understood the problem.

These are 75 ohm cables NOT 50 ohm cables
I measured the impedance of these cables with an AA-54 Antenna Analyzer and they are NOT 50 ohm cables! They are NOT RG-58 cables, but probably are RG-59 cables. DO NOT use them with a transmitter that has a 50 ohm output impedance.

Several had their retatining ring come off because of poor crimping (right)
It's frustrating using these to route signals around my electronics lab, but most of them work. They are inconsistently sized, making for a dodgy fit onto my BNC based equipment. My other BNC cables were 75 ohm characteristic impedance, and they don't snag up or need press fit onto the female connectors; I shouldn't have to fight my cables just to connect some equipment together.Several had their retatining ring come off because of poor crimping (right). Others didn't have any spring force (second from right). Still others had inconsistent crimping (second from left). Most were tight getting a fit onto the female BNC (left). See the picture, all those are getting thrown in the garbageThese are cheap cables and though most will work, if you constantly change your setups it's worth getting ones with higher quality fittings to make those connections.

50% failure rate straight out of the bag DO NOT BUY!
I bought these back in January for a future project. I didn't think about testing them at the time. Wow, when I went to use them on a wireless mic, as soon as I plugged the cable in, I was getting a strong signal from my transmitter on the other side of the house and I hadn't even plugged the antenna into it yet. I tested it with a meter, and sure enough, there's no conductivity barrel to barrel on 1/2 of the 10 cables I ordered. Some cables if I moved the cable around enough, it would make contact now & then. At this rate, I can't even trust the ones that tested good.

Nothing good about these
The connectors are really rough when connecting or disconnecting.I got a used Tek 453 scope, and started to check it out. With one of these cables, I connected the cal output to channel 1, and saw noise. I looked at the cal output using my other scope, and it was horrible, so I thought something was wrong with the 453 cal. Not so: I connected a function generator to my good scope with one of these cables, and you wouldn't believe the overshoot on the square wave. Whoever said these are 75 ohm is probably right.I ordered these just before I went on a business trip direct to vacation, which was stupid of me. They're past the return date. I would absolutely return them if I could.

Most of the cables failed to pass the video
I installed these jumpers on my Security video equipment and found most of them failed to pass any video. I had to install another set from another source.

Very Handy Patch Cables
Well made, good price, reasonable contruction and fit.Nice to have easy disconnect when changing instruments or radio antenna connections.

Works, but has some sharp corner.
Seems to get the job done, but the plugs seemed to be a little sloppy in the manufacturing: I needed trim off some materiel left over from cutting the slots for the lugs before thing would fit easily. But after that they seem to work fine.
