I ordered wet food - poultry in jelly and received wet food mix in jelly. my cat does not eat fish ! how can i be sure to get the right order?

Had exactly the same problem. Misleading by amazon...can't see anywhere to report an item.

What's the difference between this and the 1+ ? As my cat is 9 now and wondered if i should get her the older 7+ rather than the 1+

My cat is an old fella I have bought the 7+ but like all cats they like the jelly rather than the meat. So I don’t worry about 1+ or 7+ I do find that more meat goes on the 1+ if that helps

Can you please tell me the dimensions of the cardboard box the sachets come in?

Can't tell you the absolute dimensions, but just imagine 3 of the 40 pouch boxes you can buy in tesco arranged alongside each other. However, last time i ordered, the box had been tampered with and 30 pouches were missing. Even the declared weight on the shipment reflected this as was 3kg below expected. Seller was not interested.
