Great supplement with lots of Berberine (tells your body to burn fat, for a change) and the co-factors needed to make it effective (pepper, chromium, magnesium), all in a sweet-tasting gummy that contains no sugar--and no artificial sugars. (How they managed it, I my never know. I scoured the label looking for the artificial ugh's that typically accompany an ingestible "sugar free" substance, but never found one. So, cool!)It took a while to figure out how to use it, but once I did it began making a real difference. The two major benefits: Resumption of fat burning, and no more chilled-to-the-bone midnight wakeups.I had lost 45 lbs when I wrote The Secret Science to Weight Loss, and continued on down for a while, from 250 down to 175. Intermittent Fasting was a big part of my weight loss strategy. But after getting down to nearly my college athletics weight, I began slowly gaining--slowly, but inexorably.A little here, a little there. After a year or so, I was back up to 217. Not as terrible as it once was. But not great, either. The culprits: Cutting my fast early in the morning because I was starving, and late night snacks I just had to have. Between them, my "fasting window" was down to maybe 8 hours--nowhere close to the 12-13 hours needed to use up insulin so fat burning can occur.The sweet taste, coupled with the GLP-1 hormone it promotes (the one that tells the body to burn fat), means that an hour or two after dinner, when I'm beginning to feel the need for a snack, one gummy gives me a sweet-like snack that tides me over until morning. (A half-glass of water with a tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar helps, too--but only because the Berberine makes it "sufficient".) So that's my "before bed" gummy.Come the morning, some people like to take it first thing. If I ate breakfast, I probably would, too. But since I have coffee or tea with butter, coconut oil, and cinnamon in the mornings, I've found it better to wait a while. The caffeine and oils give me energy without raising insulin, but there is still a tendency to get hungry before noon, when my fasting period is scheduled to end. So I use the same strategy I employ at night: When I begin to hungry, I pop a gummy.That morning gummy makes it easier to extend my fasting time. So I may not eat until 1, or 2, or 3. One day, it as 5:30. And that means fat burning can occur.I wasn't *trying* to extend my fasting period, mind you. It wasn't a matter of *willpower*. It's just that, about 20 minutes after taking the gummy, hunger left and didn't come back for several hours.But perhaps the best result is that I am no longer waking up freezing in the middle of the night, with a bone-deep chill that was virtually impossible to turn off. I've gone through one bottle, and am now ordering my second, if only for that extremely pleasant result.That sensation of waking up in a Freezer resulted from a lifetime spent ingesting American food-like substances loaded with sugar. The body got to used to it, and geared up all of its machinery to burn it. Neglecting to create any of the machinery needed to burn fat!The good news is that when I woke up freezing, I knew that any sugar in my system was gone, so my body was at least *trying* to burn fat. Maybe it could only burn a trickle, but it was something. Still, that unpleasant sensation made it uncomfortable to do the kind of fasting I *needed* to do.Because it was so uncomfortable, I began unconsciously cutting the fasting period short--which produced the gradual weight gain.Now, though, I'm a lot more comfortable at night. and I've figured out exactly how to use the gummies. Weight has stabilized, and has begun going down--not rapidly, as yet, but steadily. (Currently down to about 212. But if nothing else, the steady weight *gain* has stopped!)

I am a VSG patient and this supplement is awesome. Doesn’t give me any reflux. The taste of the gummies are good and helps suppress my appetite; been feeling great, health wise.

Great tasting supplement! I like that it isn't too sweet, is easy to take, and helps keep hunger and blood sugar under control. It doesn't affect my stomach at all, and seems to be high quality. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition.

Works great. I also tried a liquid form. I was taking a semaglutide medication along with it and really got my A1c down. I’m so grateful now I’m going to use it without the medication to see how potent it is by itself. Great taste and increased energy.

I bought these to help regulate my blood sugar level. I, honestly, was nervous to try them seeing they are sugar free. Mind you, I’m new to this sugar free products lol. But it actually tastes amazing. They smell exactly like peaches. It has been about 3 week since I started taking it & I do feel better. More energetic, digestion has gotten better & again it taste great. I have not had my blood sugar levels checked yet but I do have high hopes.
