I feel like the price is a little high. Hopefully after being on this for awhile I will be able to reap the benefits. 4 capsules per serving seems like a lot. At least they are medium sized. I really like that the ingredients are non gmo. Gives me more confidence in the quality and effectiveness of the product. I'm also glad that there isn't a strong smell to these capsules. Makes taking them easier.

Returned to Amazon. This broke me out terribly. Idk if was the vitamin d or what, but I took other myo inositol from other brands and my skin was great. I took this and my skin looks worse than it did when I was in high school. Now I have to get rid of my scars including my cyctic acne. Smh . Thanks to this product smh.
