There are so many nutrients concentrated in beef liver. It's like a gold mine. These capsules are great, because you can get all the benefits without having to consume something so unsavory. Really good for skin and hair and nails. Really good value with two bottles, and the capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Does have a meaty smell if you are smell sensitive, but I appreciate the minimal ingredients involved and I prefer to take these for low iron than iron supplement pills. I find them to be as effective and more gentle on stomach. I do not find them difficult to swallow or the smell to be overwhelming. However, if you have serious anemia, would definitely do research and consult physician before relying on liver supplement alone.

This is very good animal protein. You can take with food for best results. I’ve noticed that If I take it after 7pm, In the morning.. I wake up with massive heartburn. So I then started taking it during lunch and I’m getting no heartburn at all.

I generally run cold my hands and feet are very cold even throughout the summer times. 2 days into eating these pills (I empty the caps into a cup and mix into water first thing in the morning) 5 days in my workouts have not been depleting me as much. intermittent fasting plus beef liver is a game changer. I am warmer throughout the day and I now sleep without socks on, that's right I used to sleep with sock on, like a psycho. I'm putting these into my subscription after I finish these bottles.

Color is lighter and capsules are larger with packaging change. I'll need to research again.
