I HAD A SEROMA! I had it drained. There’s always the risk that they come back, the little tiny t- foam that they gave me in office was not working. I bought this even though I was worried about negative reviews and you can actually see the shape of my butt after two days of wearing it. While I was acting restful, it did not move at all when I decided to build a piece of Amazon furniture that took me all day. It slid up a lot, and there was a lot of sweat underneath it, but I just took off one strap of my Faja pulled it back up and kept going. What a beautiful step to be able to start to see your results. Also if no one told you, you should buy spray deodorant to put under your Faja. I feel like too much as gate kept and girls who have surgery like to make it harder for other girls.

Whatttt I should have got this sooner!!! I got lipo 360 5 weeks ago and my surgeon gave me the little T cushion to use. I got this at 4.5 weeks and it has helped tremendously with my back swelling and i haven’t had any issues with it moving around

The backboard was exactly what I needed after my Lipo 360, and it's of great quality. It fit perfectly between my compression garment and foams, allowing me to take a long drive without any discomfort.

It is comfortable & provides compression. But the size and fit is terrible. It will either slide too far down your back and into your buttocks area or up your back and turn sideways. It just will not stay put. Does not provide any type of side compression either so if you have a larger body type, this is definitely not for you. I want my money back as this isnt even doing what its supposed to do for the amount of money i paid for it

It’s a great lumbar board. I read many reviews saying the board moves around but this is only true if the compression garment is too large. I chose a Colombian faja with great compression and the board doesn’t move even in bed overnight. I used it with an M&D ab board and I’ve noticed less swelling everywhere the board touches. I find the boards together are most effective when I leave the foam for my sides out of the equation.
