Big Book of Nursery Rhymes

This is the second copy of this book I have bought for keeping at home for grandchildren who love this book. 2 of them now have copies in their own homes too but never tire of this book. Great for nursery rhymes and songs, often the same ones they hear at preschool groups so good for parents to learn the words if they don't already know them.

Absolutely delightful. Every page is Brightly coloured and illustrated, ideal for even tiny little ones. I've been reading this to my grandson since he was 3 months old. It's a godsend. He will sit and look at the pictures spellbound and listen to all the old favourite nursery rhymes and counting songs. Highly recommended worth every single penny. Hardbacked, good quality paper.

This book has been a big hit with my 3 year old daughter. The Big Book of Nursery Rhymes really seems to have captured herimagination. We often read a few rhymes from the book before bed and my 7 year old son loves reading them to his little sisters.I really like that this book is split down into four different sections – singing, number, playing and bedtime. Depending on what we are in the mood for doing we can turn to a section and know we are going to find the right rhymes.The book contains lots of well known nursery rhymes such as Baa Baa Black Sheep and Incey Wincey Spider together with some less well known rhymes which we have been enjoying learning.The illustrations are bright and colourful, really capturing my daughter's attention. It is one of the nicest nursery rhyme books we have had.I received this book in return for my honest blog review.
