Very easy to assemble, good quality
Great outdoor screen, even better than I hoped it would be. Lightweight aluminium frame is connected by joints, so you just "unfold" it instead of connecting multiple frame parts. Few clicks and its stable - no other assembly required. Then you can place the screen whenever you want or connect legs and add an optional additional brace support - a 5 min task for 1 person. You'll need to use some screws here, but ones supplied are huge and extremely easy to use, no tools required. Putting screen over frame is a simple task as well (some force is required, but definitely not too much, my teenage girl managed to do it just fine). Only placing screen upright requires 2 persons to be convenient because you need to "unfold" legs while keeping the screen up. A rope and four anchors are included for even more support if screen is used outdoors in a windy place.Image quality is good, as expected. Since I'm using laser projection, the material is simply white, and its something that hard to improve. However my frontal projection version had nice solid black backside to block stray light coming from behind the screen. Screen is well tensioned and flat. Black border that comes as part of a screen and completely hides frame is also nice for film experience.Delivery was even faster than promised, everything was packed well and in a mint condition. Screen comes with a very convenient and easy to use bag that have smaller bags inside for screws and for screen itself, which is handy for avoiding losing screws and keeping the screen clean. One extra replacement screw is included for people like me who lose some screws nevertheless. That's a premium quality for sure.Cons:Screen did have some visible folds after initial installation. I hope that they will be gradually reduced with use.Legs required a little bit more effort to connect than everything else. That's important for screen to be stable, but still a minor inconvenience in otherwise flawless assembly.

Just werks
Kinda hard to get the legs in the frame the first time but overall looks really good first try around. Frame seemed solid as well. Haven't tried the screen made for rear projection but it just looks like some see through canvas. Doesn't have button holes so not sure how that's supposed to work. Not something I'm using though so can't really speak on it. The main forward projection screen reflects light really well and looks great though. Also has pretty high quality synthetic leather for it's black backing.

Elite projector screen, 100 inch for kareoke use
I bought the Elite Screens 100-Inch projector screen mainly for hosting karaoke nights, and it’s been an awesome upgrade to the setup! The screen size is perfect for karaoke. At 100 inches, lyrics are easy to read even from the back of the room, and the wide viewing angle means everyone can follow along—whether they’re singing, dancing, or just watching. The matte white screen surface makes text look super sharp and clear, even in dim lighting.Setup was simple and quick. I went with the wall-mounted fixed frame version, and it came with all the mounting hardware. Once it was up, it added a clean, professional look to the space. No smell, no stretch, very sturdy.

Elite Screen vs. Da-Lite (from professional multimedia artist)
This is my third Elite Screen I've owned over the past 10 years or so. I am a multimedia performer and set up these screens about 100 times per year in my programs, so they get put through the wringer. My first screen was a Da-Lite, which cost about $700 back in 2007. Elite Screens (ES) are comparable in many ways and are actually easier to set up than those old models (not sure about current Da-Lites), however, the height cannot be adjusted and the frames are not quite as robust. Basically, ES is consumer grade and Da-Lite is pro quality. I get about 3-4 years/screen from ES and my old Da-Lite is basically as good as new.So why don't I use Da-Lite? It's harder to set up and the case is ridiculously big. I was able to downgrade from a minivan to a mid-size SUV because these are so much more compact. If I could find a sturdy case like the one that comes from ES, I could go back, but I probably won't.On this model (#3), I like that the fold-up "feet" that support from the back of the frame are optional. I found them pretty unwieldy on the last screen and unnecessary. Here, they are detachable, not permanently attached, so I am just leaving them off. In a windy outdoor situation, I can see how the extra stability would help but I'm almost always indoors. I also thing the hinges in the frame look a little less likely to break. Screen #2 had the worst hinges. The new locking mechanisms are simpler but a little harder to work. I'll get used to it but the first iteration of this screen worked the easiest (These are finger-pinching machines, so watch out).Things to watch out for:-The snaps are prone to come off if you yank too hard when you're tearing down (Da-lite had a definite edge here). If you lose a couple, it's not a big deal (unless they are the corner snaps), but if you lose 5-6, it means the screen won't be pulled as tautly as it should-The carrying bag is crapola; zippers break and fabric tears. I am on the lookout for something else that works but it's an odd size. This turns out to be a pretty big deal for a regular user like me but won't be an issue for someone who sets it up in their yard a few times a year.-If you buy one of the refurbished ones on Amazon, they won't stand by the product. I bought my second screen that way and one of those fold-up feet broke in the first couple of weeks. The listing said I would still get a warranty but they would not send me a replacement. As I said, that fold-up foot is more hassle than it's worth so I lived with it.-You would think the snaps would be spaced out the same way but, no, they seem to change this from year to year so the actual screens (the fabric part) do not go from one frame to another perfectly. I had a front-projection screen from my first purchase and hoped to use it on my second purchase, where I went for the rear-projection option. It worked, but many of the snaps on screen #1 wouldn't line up with those on screen #2, so the screen isn't as taut as it should be. Neither screen #1 nor #2 line up with the snaps on frame #3, so you can feel my frustration.Overall, these are worth the money but could be improved. Considering each iteration is a little different, they do seem to be working on it. I hope this helps!
