Black Cohosh is a life changer and I can truly say I’m not experiencing hot flashes as much as I did before a week ago! AMAZING!!!!
If I could give it a million stars I would! I take 1/2 ml as soon as I wake up, then 2 more times throughout the day and one last time at bed time. Due to estrogen fed breast cancer in my family I’m not allowed to take any natural /synthetic estrogen which leaves me to suffer major hot flashes. This product started to work the first day and I cannot say how happy I am. Strangely it tastes like pepperoni pizza. ( might just be my tastebuds are off)

Great product works well tastes gross.
Gross to take by itself taste and texture are awful. That being said, it doesn't take much, effects lasts 24 hours. Works great!
