You need this if you live for PHO! I highly recommend it as it is easy to clean and use. The quality is good, like many strainers, do take care of them.

I hope you have a large stew pot. This is a terrific product, and holds all the skins, pieces of veg, etc. that I want flavor from, but not left directly in my stew. It is bigger than I thought, but I have a big stew pot, so it works well for me. This cleans up nicely; I put it directly in the dishwasher.

I bought this because I make a lot of Pho soup and other stews that require herbs and spices. I found that it was too big for some of my pots but I kept anyways. So make sure it is not too big for your recipes.

This is perfect for large scale home canning. I'm sure it's great for soup stock as well. It is super easy to use, the clip holds tight and you can toss it in the dishwasher. It does NOT come with a chain, but I use tongs or a fork to pull it out so that's a non issue for me. I have ONE petty complaint. The sticker on the bottom is soooooo sticky! I had to use goo gone to get it off!

Got a few of these to deploy desiccant beads. Simply fill them and when needing to recharge, throw the whole thing in the dryer. Simple and good value

Great strainer, works like a charm. We have a commercial kitchen where we boil sliced carrots for pickling every day. The large capacity of this strainer and its ease of use make this task a lot easier. Its very solid build and very well designed locking mechanism make it an ideal tool for constant, repeated use in a commercial environment. Great for home use too!!!

Well made but not suited for loose leaf tea. The holes are too large and the tea will come out whilst steeping. Going to try using it with a coffee filter.

I bought a 2 gallon Stanley jug and this infuser is the perfect size to put fruit in and infuse all 2 gallons efficiently! I love this product!

I use this to hold bones to make soup. It's the best I've ever used and a great size for a family sized batch of soup.
