ECCO Men's Soft Classic Sneaker

I have a few pairs of Ecco sneakers that I wear all the time including the Soft 7 and Soft 8. This one is very similar to the Soft 7 in shape and fit, though the styling is a little simpler with no toe cap. The heel trim and insole are a little different too but these are all minor changes. I would say the fit is also very close to the more expensive Soft 7, just maybe slightly less sculpted or refined feeling. It’s the small difference between a shoe that fits me very well (this model) and one that fits like a glove (Soft 7). I got the mink color which is as it appears in the photos, kind of a darker or burnished saddle color that doesn’t lean toward being too red or brown. Got these for a great price, very happy with them so far.

I’ve had several pair of Ecco’s, and they are the only shoe I will buy. Over a 15 year period I wore the soles off 2 pair of their excellent hiking shoes. At age sixty I’m not so active, so I expect these shoes will be a good wear the rest of my life. Getting them on sale for $65 was pretty nice.

I love these shoes. The price is reasonable at $50-$80 and the leather like material mixed with canvas feels very high quality. The shoes look great even after lots of travel, driving, and walking. I love these shoes so much that I’ve bought the black and brown pairs.I have always had trouble finding this style of shoe in my size. These shoes fit perfectly for a size 14 shoe user. There is plenty of room, and the outsoles are solid.My only complaint is the lack of cushion. These shoes will probably need a memory foam cushion insert to be perfect. But that’s only if you have problems with your arches like me.They do take some time to break in so don’t worry if they feel tight or stiff at first. The black pair is a softer leather and only took a week however the brown pair can take a couple weeks to break in depending on how often you wear them of course.

The shoes arrived on time, they look as advertised. I am on my feet all day working as a retail manager and I weigh a fair amount, so comfortable shoes are critical. These ones I wore out of the box for 18 hours over two days on my feet, no blisters, no sore spots, only great comfort. I did add my own Dr Scholl gel inserts to help tighten up the fit and provide more cushion.

These are ok. They are the cheapest actual leather once could hope for, around the quality of Clarks. They are not any more or less comfortable than any other shoes in this price range, the sole/insole is nothing special and they do not have extra width/comfortable shape in comparison either. The leather finish marks pretty easily as the color is not the dyed leather but rather a coating over the top. Wouldn't buy again. 60 dollars is a fair price for them.

Received them and it was obvious they were previously returned. As can been seen in the pictures, they were worn outside and the lazy previous person didn't bother to take off the electrical tape from the sole. Along with some other "stuff" on the same foot sole. There were plenty of wear spots and water stain/mark. Also can be seen, the color doesn't come close to its page picture. Not happy with what was purchased and glad I can return them. Don't know how they fit or feel, never bothered to put them on.
