Oh I love these! These are great snacks or breakfast for those always on the go! I usually eat them as a quick breakfast or as a snack after a long run or hard workout. They have multiple flavors but I like the birthday cake flavor the best. If you are looking for a way to get more protein in your diet or for something quick and easy…this is a great option. If this is your first time ordering I would recommend getting the assortment option so you can try the different flavors. Then go ahead and order your favorite. You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious and healthy, perfect for lunchboxes

DISGUSTING!! They are very dry & taste like CHEMICALS! Two other people tried them and felt the same. It cost $40+ for 12 small bags of muffins, which is extremely pricey for any snack. I never would have expected something this costly to taste so horrible. Because they were purchased from Amazon I have no course of action for reimbursement and I'm out $40+. Due to this, I will no longer be purchasing food on Amazon. It is a waste of money. I wouldn't wish these ghastly tasting muffins on my worst enemy. If I could give "MINUS" five stars I would. I rarely write reviews and I really hope my review helps deter someone from making the same mistake I did. I am extremely limited on funds, and that $40 could have bought me four or five days worth of food. It's heartbreaking that companies are allowed to sell something so nasty and the consumer has no course for reimbursement.

They do have a little protein taste (since they are "protein" muffins) but I think the muffins taste good enough. I like that it's 3 small pieces, instead of one big muffin, because it's easier to fit them into your daily macros if you're tracking (65kcal and 5g of protein per muffin, FYI). Blueberry is my favorite flavor, chocolate fudge being the second. Chocolate chip is just alright and the birthday cake flavor tastes very bland IMO.

These mini-muffins are a tasty little high protein breakfast for me. I like my sweets in the morning and for a high protein product, they have a lot of flavor and fill me up.

I love theses so much! I eat them every day since I am trying to eat more protein! I put them in the microwave for about 10-15 seconds. So good! I have a review up on my instagram page @life.with.bc . The texture are great. Not dry at all. Has a little bit of a smell, but it’s how it taste too me!!

I wanted them to taste good so badly. Unfortunately they don’t. My 11 year son who loves almost everything. Took a bite and looked at me like I poisoned him. They were for my teenage daughter who needs help gaining weight. She’s already picky, and she tried them and didn’t like them but that’s not shocking. It’s so weird to explain but they are really dense and the texture tastes gritty. I gave them 3 stars instead of 1 because if you like dense protein with oddly specific taste. Maybe. But if you have a picky eater who you’re trying to put weight on or manage it. Don’t try these. 😩 I’ll keep looking.
