N2 Natural Nutrition’s Triple Magnesium Glycinate is basically a magnesium supplement, but it's got three different kinds of magnesium in it: malate, citrate, and bisglycinate. From what I understand, having these three types is supposed to be better because they work together in a kind of synergistic way. The idea is that this mix helps you feel more energetic, aids your digestion, and also helps you get a more restful night's sleep.They say it's good for general wellness, like fighting tiredness, helping your muscles work properly, and supporting your bones too. Each daily dose gives you 440mg of what they call 'elemental magnesium'. That just means that’s the actual amount of magnesium your body is absorbing, which they reckon is a good amount to really make a difference. Having just started taking just one tablet a day with my breakfast recently, I was hoping they’d help me feel a bit less sluggish in the afternoons, and maybe sleep a bit better. And you know what? I actually think they have worked! It's not a dramatic change, but it’s definitely noticeable for me so maybe I was low on magnesium beforehand?One thing that I really like about this brand is they seem to be thinking about the environment. The tablets are vegan, which is cool, but the packaging is what really stood out. They use these containers made from plant-based plastic called PLA. Apparently, it’s a type of bioplastic, which is better for the planet as it reduces our need for traditional plastics made from oil, so multiple brownie points for that too. There’s only one fly in the ointment with PLA in that it can not be recycled at home and isn’t compostable other than under industrial composting conditions, but not in regular landfills.So, from my own experience, they seem to be doing a decent job of boosting my energy levels and improving my sleep quality. This supplement was recommended to me by my friend when I complained to her that I feel fatigue all the time and no energy at all. She suggested that I had a lack of magnesium due to lots of stresses in my life currently, so I am taking these for almost two and a half weeks now and I wanted to leave my recommendation for others if they are in the same state I was just two weeks ago. I feel so much more energetic and my sleep improved a lot for the past week! I am amazed how quickly I felt an effect. I am really pleased with this product. I value taking quality vitamins and supplements, which have been made free of any animal cruelty and are good for our bodies and planet. This vegan product assured that. Magnesium is one of the best supplements for me and I have tried many different ones, but this particular one I am pleased with due to it’s quick effectiveness. I noticed a change in my sleep quality pretty much straight away. I fall asleep a lot quicker and have a very long and uninterrupted sleep. I can actually sleep in now!! I also see a change in my energy levels already but need to keep taking these to see full effects. Thank you.

This is an excellent product which actually works. I feel overall better and am sleeping well again. I would say the capsules are a little bit large so occasionally struggle to swallow. That is a minor point when the effects are so very good and beneficial to my health..

Initial experience is poor. The top of the bottle wouldn't open. At all. Now, before you call me a weakling, I examined the cap and the threads were out of alignment and the cap had been forced on and was not going to bulge. I then started stabbing the cap with a sharp knife until I had enough space to open the cap with pliers. Bottle ruined of course.So, do they work? No idea but I certainly don't feel particularly restful. Maybe after I can down.Poor quality control on packaging.

I got diarrhea from this product, the amount of magnesium in the product will cause diarrhea, over a long period of time it will cause immune system deficient.
