Ordered this because seller claimed to provide perfect tuned bowls. But disappointed that the tones are not correctly, E and F sounds exactly the same, and B is out of tune. Tried contacting seller but error messages :( can someone get back to me on this and replace me the correct bowls please?

This set of crystal bowls is perfect in every way! They are in tune with each other as stated in the description. The frequency deviation for each pitch really is less than ±10 cents. The bowls are made of authentic quartz crystal. On a visual level, they are beautiful, seamless and hold the light softly. Their sound is brilliant, pure and resonant. Mallet and strikers allow you to play with the volume of resonance, adding soft harmonic tones from other bowls while playing one bowl consistently. Moving the striker around the rim of one bowl, then moving to another in a figure eight so that the resonance overlaps also creates lovely harmonics. The set is easy to travel with too! The two cases are sturdy and easy to travel with; easy to pack the bowls into, keeping them safe from damage. All was impeccably packed for the shipment. For the price, this set is tops in quality and affordability. I shopped around. I have been offering a healing sound immersion with this set for a few weeks now for an organization that provides group practices for healing trauma, addictions, authentic connection, self-worth, etc. Everyone who's participated has given wonderful feedback! And its healing for me too. This lovely set is truly the best of music/vibrational instruments I've ever gifted myself with; alongside of my harmonium. My heartfelt thanks to those at RYAN DVAN who created these crystal singing bowls with such integrity.

Great beginner set. Bowls are not tuned perfectly as advertised but they were close. Bowls are beautiful. They come divided in two carrying cases with padded dividers between the bowls. I noticed slight imperfections on the inside of three of the bowls but they were not broken and the sound of each bowl is clear and beautiful. Overall a great set to an affordable price.

I bought this set back in 2020 and this set is so healing. Its true to the 432 hz tuning its just a few "cents" away. I used an app on my phone called Tuner-Pitched, which allows you to test the tuning at 432. When I tested each bowl each one tuned closely to 432hz for example the C was between perfect pitch and +3 but sustained sound longer at +1 and when you strike it, the sound last more than 30 seconds. If the bowl tunes + or - 10 it's still very effective. I love the 2 carrying cases, they are very sturdy and helpful for transportation and keeping the bowls safe. However, keep in mind these are made from pure quartz crystal. Overall they sound great and have had people tell me their experience was transformational and how the sounds of these bowls took them to another dimension. I would highly recommend this set to anyone getting their first set! Thanks for making it affordable too!
