This is my favourite garlic paste, in fact I think every garlic lover should have it in their fridge. I’d usually eat it with my cheese, it accompanies Cheddar perfectly, also I add it to my meat casserole for that extra kick. Tried it a few months ago at a Food Fair and literally got addicted

Had high hopes for this pickle because of the high level of garlic, but, but so oily. Tasted fine but just so much running red oil.
