These omega gummies are a great way to get some extra vitamins and omegas into my daughter's diet. They taste delicious, and she loves them!I'm not entirely convinced about the plant-based omega 3 source, as it needs to be converted by the body and might not be as effective as fish oil. However, the added vitamins are a definite bonus.I'm already supplementing my daughter with fish oil, so it's not a major concern for me. Overall, these gummies are a tasty and convenient way to boost her nutrition, and I'm happy with them.

Feels a bit oily which can put off some kids, but it's fairly good taste can be good for most kids, I think. Still not convinced this will stay in our household bit it can be good to try if you are after something like this
