So far so good. Been using for 2ish months now. Price point is good and do feel like my symptoms have improved.

This product has helped me tremendously. I used to experience severe hot flashes at night and would constantly wake up to turn the fan on and off. I was skeptical at first, but it has made a difference. Although the recommendation is to take two, I only take one a day being that I’m already on other meds that I have to take daily and didn’t really wanna add more to it, but have still seen a difference and have noticed a positive change. There is no taste so just swallow with any drink You prefer. The amount you get for the price is great and me taking one a day. It’s gonna last longer which is a plus will continue to take it to see if it continues to work. If anything changes I will update so far so good thank God.

I do believe they have the ingredients they say, given after a week I am feeling a difference, having used other forms of supplements before. However, after seeing a few reviews about how some of the capsules had little to no substance in them I decided to check my bottle of 120. 35 of them are about half full. For the price that's not that bad, it's just unfortunate the daily dose cannot be quite consistent when the capsules are not evenly filled.

I was concerned, after reading a bunch of reviews that the capsules were empty or only half-full that that would be the case…. Its hard to open them to check, but the ten or so i did open, seemed fine. But on that note, these are the first supplement capsules I’ve seen in a non-transparent capsule and that does bother me. I purchased since they seem to be a very well rounded probiotic for menopause symptoms, with the ingredients I was looking for. I’ve only been taking for about a week, but they seem to be working. My previous supplements I was taking, cost a bit more and contained DIM, black Cohosh and a couple of other ingredients, but no probiotics. This one has it all plus Ashwagandah, which I was taking separately before. I really wish that label ingredient list was more transparent…. Everything is listed as proprietary blends, and I would much prefer to get details about amounts of each ingredient. I will continue to take the two bottles I purchased and see if these are as effective as what I was talking before, but it does bother me that the labelling is poor and for a supplement, should give a more detailed ingredient list. I would probably give a five star if capsules were clear (like all others) and if the label was more specific.

Not all capsules are full.......I read previous reviews and took a chance anyway. Big mistake....a lot of the capsules hardly have anything in them. You are not getting what u paid for! Don't waste your money!

So far so good..I have only been taking them a few days..it takes awhile for them to start working and seeing results

This seems to work the best out of all that I have tried. Still get night sweats, about 2 a night, but nothing like it was before.
