Best product out there for pain! As I have a lot of pain conditions & nerve damage; I used it for neck, shoulder, back and knee pain. I have a high pain threshold but it’s the only thing that takes the intensity of pain off. You feel the cooling effect ease the pain instantly. I usually feel so much better by the next morning. And I love that it comes in different sizes! I’ve tried prescription lidocaine patches and they were no good and didn’t stick on at all. Icy Hot patches do not come off until you take them off hours later or the next day. The only issue is that it’s a strong menthol smell that can burn your eyes if it’s close to your face. Make sure you wash your hands after applying so you don’t burn your eyes by touching with hands! I have a constant supply for myself and family in pain. If I could invest in these I would. I’ll be using them for life. Extremely happy customer!!!

I own these in every size! I am never without these patches. I workout with weights and I am often sore and I put the appropriate size on overnight and by morning I am good to go. They do smell like menthol but that just means they’re working! They stay put until you take them off. I have NEVER had one come off on its own. If I need a small one for my wrist, I just cut it to size and slap it on. The X Large size is perfect for back pain. The medium is great for shoulder or calf soreness. Do yourself a favor and keep these on hand! These are so easy to apply, just peel and stick. They are extremely effective and the heat level is perfect on sore muscles.

I purchased these to use on a trip to Walt Disney World. The different sizes allowed me to apply them in several areas, and the price was exactly reasonable as well. The product was very easy to place on the skin. My husband noticed a hint of cold, and the pads were not thick allowing them to be easily hidden under clothing which is what we were looking for. While he did not notice much for pain relief , they did not have a smell which is what we were worried about. No one wants to smell like menthol in public! The fabric of the pad was easy to stretch to activate. It’s like a piece of thin fabric that you pull to apply on the back. We did have trouble applying it to the area my husband was looking for pain relief because he was hair, so maybe it would stay on better if you shaved the area first.

I like this variety pack because it contain small patch for arm and neck, easier for me to apply on my shoulders, I hope I can just buy this smaller size instead of come with the 5 large I don't need

This is the only thing that relieves my shoulder pain. These have great adhesion and are long lasting. They work great!

Absolutely love this item. My only complaint is that I wish they would stick better around the edges. Then I wouldn’t have to put extra tape to hold the edges down. Other than that they do their job well.
