At first I couldn't understand why it was in a parcel bag then when I opened it I understood it was leaking that was the only thing really good they packaged well This shampoo and conditioner is really good I've got manageable shiny hair and my hair was falling out due to menopause and hair dye but since using this it smell s amazing leaving my hair soft I've got long hair so I normally have to put more on to larther but I don't have to so much with this one I Used to use elvive colour care but I think I will stick with this and it will last me longer

Ok, but on arrival the items leaked. But I will see how I get on with the products.

Wife says: gave it 4 stars because I love this product but I feel like now that it’s available on Amazon they probably changes the formula. Originally purchased from pharmacy and so they went through a rebrand. Still smells the same and my hair looks great. But when I began using it you could feel the difference. Now I’m not so sure about its effectiveness. Going to finish this bottle and repurchase from the drug store like I did to compare.

I have curly hair and it left my hair feeling dry. But I always find it hard to know what shampoo and conditioner to buy as I also colour my hair.

I gave it a 4 just because I don’t like how the shampoo feels and after your hairs clean, I don’t like how it feels but it feels better after I straighten my hair. I’m not entirely sure about the volume but it’s lasted a long time. I may try another to compare later
